Went to Service area Jan 2025 to get help with features of my 2025 GLC300 Coupe. Mohamed did a great job. Also, I needed assistance with the lock on one of the doors. Kasey did an amazing job. He was efficient and very pleasant. Great job! Jacqueline

DON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

DON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE RACIAL PREJUDICE!! I bought a C300 from them, but something happened with the payment, instead of them reaching out to discuss the issue. They sent a vague text message and never expressed the urgency. My car was reported stolen by the dealership. Less than 5 hrs later, I was stopped, and my vehicle was seized. I spent a whole month reaching out to inquire about my vehicle and my property. These people evaded my calls and emails. I had to have a friend pose as a buyer to get someone on the phone. Without any evidence, these people are trying to pursue Felony charges against me. I highly doubt if I were a different race that this would have happened. Not because it's Fredericksburg, VA, but when staff pulls me aside, while at the dealership, and tells me that their colleagues are racially prejudiced there's a problem. So, I want this dealership to think long and hard about how they will proceed. Because I'm not a nobody and I refuse to accept any charges from a vehicle purchase gone bad. You have you vehicle, keep it, but give me my property that was illegally retained

2nd Mercedes purchased from Noble. Mercedes was great to work with, was very patient with me when I was not able to make my mind up, did not feel pressured at all.

This dealership’s customer service is horrible.

This dealership’s customer service is horrible. Whenever you try to buy a car, everyone keeps calling from this dealership. However, after selling the car, whenever you have an issue with the car or ask for updates about the title or other questions, no one is available to answer. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I highly recommend not buying online from this dealership at all. When I got the car, it had a lot of problems. I purchased the most expensive car at this dealership, but when I received it, the bumper was damaged. They kept lying, saying they didn’t damage the bumper. After I showed them pictures proving the car was already damaged when the truck took it, they paid some money, but it didn’t even cover 25% of the damage. Additionally, the center console cup holder door has an issue; it is not working at all and won’t open. It also took three months to get my plates. Whenever I called to talk with the manager, they kept lying, saying the manager or general manager was not available. Shame on you, Mercedes. I have purchased more than 40 cars from various dealerships and never had any problems, but this was my experience. Also the lady works for title and plate I emailed her many times to get update she never return my massage and calls horrible person The title process lady name is: Rebecca Cox and after 10 days driving most expensive car I keep getting error massage I toke to benz dealership in austin/tx he told me Engine mount(s) is defect I replaced even car had only 1200 miles I hope this helps

Alan-Michael "Red" Limberick was incredible to work with! 11 out of 10 friendliness and professionalism, from the phone call to schedule my appointment, to picking up my key and everything in between. Every step of the way, I could tell he genuinely wanted me to have the best service imaginable. He exceeded my highest standards, let alone my expectations. Thank you Red, sincerely, for facilitating the only thing the last week to go smoothly!

Worked with Mercedes Barnes and she was amazing! From start to finish she provided amazing customer service and communicated throughout the entire process. She was not pushy with selling the car and made sure that all of my needs were met. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Further, would buy again from this dealership using her! Great job.

When it comes to the service department I was getting my

When it comes to the service department I was getting my car advisory stuff through Steve. Steve has a habit of saying well. My mechanic did this and already did the service because he saw a problem and had to fix it without asking me so I have brought my car in last week to get my Oil stuff looked at then he hit me up to tell me the price of the line and the reservoir cost then proceeds to go ahead and slide in normally when you get your service done this is what you get done but you know my mechanic saw that you need to get this fixed and cleaned out because you know this is where a lot of the critical systems are and if you don’t get it done the water leak in there and Mess up all your circuitry and your fuses and your sensors well he was he already had the service so here’s your bill. I hate that xxxx and it is the worst the worst kind of service he didn’t even ask me he was like here’s your bill so since that happened, this is going to be your one star

Was in process of buying a vehicle met with a notary at 9am this morning signed all the paperwork/contract. Then get not even a phone call only a text at 630 this evening saying oh we’re sorry we sold the truck Saturday. This dealership is shady don’t deal with them.

Mercedes Barnes!!!!! EXCELLENT sales person! Walked in and car she thought I would like was ready and parked up front! Looked at a few but bought the car she had picked out! Quick and friendly and wonderful to work with! Valerie Wedderman did financing and papers within minutes! VERY organized and great to work with! Special THANKS to this Mercedes dealership!
