Unethical Dealership - Buyer Beware
Complete rip-off joint. Online sales price of $17,995 for vehicle. I took time off to drive to dealership and I test drove the vehicle which was okay for the price and agreed to purchase for the online sales price. They then added added $3000 to the sales price. I took the paperwork and walked out! This business is unethical and in my opinion their practices violate the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices law. Buyers beware - if they act so unethically in the sale then it is hard to believe that they will ever stand behind anything that they represent!

Don’t go here
Cash buyer. $17k online price. When they brought out the final with tt&l they added a $3995 dealer service fee on the price before calculating tt&l. Got up and walked right out. No integrity, no honesty and price means nothing.

BEWARE will increase price from advertises price
Advertised price was 32,995. I called and asked about truck and told them what I wanted to pay. Then I was called back and was told the price was now 37,000 due to dealer service fee because they had to put parts on the truck. Was told “dealer service fee” could range from 2900-8900 per vehicle. Would call and check on the price of the vehicle before driving hours to see a truck. Then I was called and told NOT to leave a bad review for them. Just beware!

If you have A LOT of time, maybe they’ll work for.
They seem to just not work. I went through three different people trying to get a vehicle and could not get anything back from them.

Great service and great value.
I purchased a beautiful C7 Corvette Convertible from Louise at Bosco Auto Group. The service was great and I love the car! I would buy from them again.

Beware of $3k dealer service fee!
They post pricing that is competitive with other vehicles in the same class, but do not disclose a $3k dealer service fee plus tax, title and license until you agree on the price of the car. Buyer beware when if you decide to deal with this group.

Improvements Needed
Customer service is horrible. The salesmen have a very arrogant demeanor, NONE of whom where wearing masks (keep in mind, we’re in a middle of a pandemic). Scheduled an appointment with a particular salesman. I arrived and sat at the front desk for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I was then told that the salesman that I had a SCHEDULED appointment with was out on a test drive. Upon his return about 25 min later he was very pushy and forceful. NO WHERE online does it detail a $3000-$4000 dealer fee. The salesman kept leaving the room for 5-10 minutes at a time without giving an explanation. Pictures on the website don’t adequately represent vehicles. Pics of a vehicle online showed heated seats but when I test drove the vehicle, there were no heated seats. Don’t recommend

Cameron The Best Salesperson
My salesperson was Cameron he was phenomenal , over the top professional. I called prior to going. I told him exactly what I wanted Nothing Else. My process was a breeze and effortless. I had just recently purchased a car and was displeased. He explained to me how the trade in works if I decided to do it.. Shortly after I walked out with an amazing car. And a fabulous interest rate. I walked away feeling like I had a new family. Everyone was great that I connected too.

Excellent Experience!
We could not be happier with our experience with both the salesperson, Daniel Orosco, AND with Bosco Auto Group. We don't take car buying lightly and we are intolerant of the dealership run-around. Admittedly, my patience runs thin when it comes to how some dealerships handle their business. I sent an inquiry online about a vehicle we were interested in. I heard back from Daniel in less than an hour. I gave him all the information for the trade-in I had and he set an appointment with us for the following day. I texted Daniel prior to us coming in and in no uncertain terms, told him, "in due respect, no bs-ing. In and out, easy", or we leave. I also told him I would not stay beyond an hour to hour and a half max--from walking in to deal closed and driving away. He was fine with it and said he'd have the truck and his finance person prepped for our arrival. Yes, I read the reviews...even saw a couple calling out Daniel himself. I even initially cancelled our scheduled appointment because of some of the reviews we saw (what can I say, we value our time and didn't want to deal with some of what we read about). EVEN with that, no pressure from Daniel when I text him we were not coming (initially); he just asked that I simply keep him posted if we eventually chose to come in or not. Because of that low-key, no hassle response, we finally decided to make the one-hour drive. On that note, I cannot speak for the reviews that anyone else has posted about Daniel. I will say, Daniel was OUTSTANDING for us and we have nothing bad to say about him or his professionalism, whatsoever. I'll add that people are human, and, without someone saying something, no one can really know what other's may be dealing with on any given day. Daniel was awesome and open with us. I appreciated his transparency. The truck we went to see was washed and ready, sitting out front. As he said he would, Daniel had prepped the finance person and he was ready upon our arrival. They quickly looked over the trade-in while Daniel took us out to drive the truck we wanted. From the time we got there, drove the truck, got back from the test drive, to going directly into the finance person's office, and driving away with the truck we wanted, took just under 1.5 hours. This was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. Folks were professional and the process was expeditious. We would absolutely return and have recommended both Daniel and Bosco to friends and family. Thank you for an excellent experience. Justin and Maria
