I got a 2017 Volkswagen Passat delivered to me on

I got a 2017 Volkswagen Passat delivered to me on February 16, 2017 and went to have it inspected and it failed for the same thing they said was serviced and the engine needs replaced. 16,000 for a new one I’m not paying that when the car is 19,000. Told them they can come pick it up. Was told oh well you signed the papers and now won’t return my call or emails. Never again.

No more buy here pay here's!

No more buy here pay here's!! Which has been my only options as an adult because of my credit - last summer I went there and couldn't get approved without a co signed and went back today and Tony DeCecco car rep worked MAGIC & got me approved by myself & the down payment was so reasonable & monthly payments blew my mind how low they were and combining insurance I'm paying less than I was paying from buy here pay here with NO insurance and only 81,000, I am so grateful for Tony - he really made me hopeful for the future to build my credit through my payments i make and this is a start to finally feeling financially stable and reliability to get back and forth to work. Thanks Tony - you da man 💪🫂

Building a great friendship

I have to tip my hat to Bob F this guy helped me out of a very large jam that I helped getting myself into and with my back against the wall and needing to resolve an issue. Bob came to the rescue. He has earned my respect and my business.

Be cautious of this lot.

This lot was beyond negligent and sold me a cash car that turned out to have an issue overheating within 10 hrs of driving it off the lot. I called several times and had the service department "inspect it" and they assure me they fixed the radiator reservoir once I had the car towed there at my expense. This in fact was not fixed, and has done the same thing over and over. They do jot return my calls. It's extremely unprofessional on BOBBs part, and my sales person Destry, as he knew I was buying this car for my 18 year old daughter. This same salesperson assured me that he would never let me buy a car for a young girl that would potentially leave her stranded. How crooked! Humanity and. Compassion were out the window. Now here we sit, thousands of dollars later, and the car is still overheating. Smoking and potentially has prior damage to the engine for this same issue. Beware of BOBB on West Broad Street. This has been an eye opening experience, and my slaughter could have been hurt severely on the freeway and the car overheated and started smoking! I'll be seeking legal action. If this not corrected and made right!

Bobb has the best from value to Salesman!

Best experience ever at a car lot....

Jace helped me get my brand new car!

I had the pleasure of working with Jace, not only was he super informational about all of the cars, but he got me in an almost brand new car considering I had not so great credit. He worked with me and answered all question and concerns the entire time! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to sell me a car!!

Private buyer

We were over and bought a 2011 Nissan Versa a couple weeks ago. First of all the man didnt let us drive it. Later I find out why. I went over and paid for it then took it home. When i signed the paperwork is the 1st time we found out it had been wrecked. The salesman never said anything bout it. The drivers door window would not work. Had it fixed for 200.00. The cleanup we did was worth 150 just to be able to see out the windows. Then after 2 weeks of owning it the transmission will not work Take it to 3 mechanics and they all said it was junk. Now that's going to cost us whatever. We havent even gotten our title for it yet and it's no good. I dont know too many people who would be satisfied with this type of deal. I know I'm calling BBB and tell everyone I know NEVER to deal with BOBB's in Columbus Ohio. .
