This staff is horrible and pushy. They will approve you, but they lie in order to get you on board. The worst car buying experience I've ever had.

Stopped in just to see what we could do and walked out a short time later with exactly what I wanted. Great service from the whole team and especially my sales woman Roxanne Mullis. She explained everything and worked super quick to get me through the process. Will definitely come back for my next car purchase

Our salesperson Roxanne was an absolute saint. She was very responsive to every inquiry and went well above what I had ever expected to assure our experience was extremely positive. She has remained in contact with us ever since. Continuing to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Our whole process was easy, there was no pressure and she made sure that we looked at the types of vehicles we were interested in. No wasting time on vehicles we didn't like. Chris, the Sales Manager was also extremely friendly, very customer oriented and highly dedicated to assuring that we received a fair deal by both the financing company as well as the dealership itself. Most dealerships leave you feeling blindsided, deceived and unimportant. When you have credit issues it seems your treated even worse by most. You feel judged and uncomfortable and generally embarrassed. I can honestly say that Roxanne and Chris made us feel like we were family. We never felt that uneasy or uncomfortable feeling, not even for a moment. We cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this location (west broad street, Columbus Ohio) to anyone looking for an easy way to get a good deal on a very nice vehicle. I needed a new car fast. My credit is not terrible, but not great. I did not have any money saved for a down payment and was my vehicle was not ready to trade in. Bobb Says Yes saved the day! I was able to get a new car the same day I found out I needed a new one. I researched vehicles online and was pre approved for financing before I visited the lot. Once onsite, I was impressed by the variety and quality of vehicles available. I test drove 2 cars and decided on a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Aside from a few very small scrapes and chips in the paint it is pretty much in perfect condition. My salesman, Greg was awesome! He was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process, even after I drove off the lot. I received my title in about 2 weeks. I did notice the vehicle making a noise after I got home. Bruce and his service team took care of it. Overall I could not be more pleased with this company and its staff. Thank you!
