I bought a 2002 pt cruiser from this place and 1 1/2 year later the motor blows on it, so i get it towed back to bobb says yes and they give me another car but I told them I couldn't afford another car, so never mind. And they push me to get another car anyway, and they expect me to make the payment's on it still after the motor blew, and about 4 month's later the other car gets repo cause i told them i couldn't afford it

I Called at 9 am and told Rodger that I wanted a Fiat and gave him my desired monthly payment. I challenged him to find it for me before I started work at 2:42 pm. Well, he did it! I got a call at 1:30 that he found a 2013 Red Fiat. With low milage. He even forward me pictures of the car inside and out. I was pleased with the results. And was driving my new used car a few days later. Now, I'm zipping around Cleveland, Ohio with a BIG smile on my face.

My wife and I bought a very nice vehicle several months ago.Bob Fredrick was our salesman no pressure whatsover from him.He went above and beyond the call of duty as well as the fiance dept in getting the car we wanted.Never looked forward to car buying experience as it can be a trying experience to say the least.They made us feel comfortable and never once try to exploit or pressure us into something else we did not want.We will keep this dealership as our go to place.Thank you Bob for your patience and getting us into the car we love.My wife is so proud of her car.Once in awhile I actually get to drive it lol.

I had issues with another dealership with a bad vehicle and they worked wonders getting me n a wonderful truck that was n better shape less miles lower interest rates n lower monthly payments. N all in less than half the time of the other dealer who is Goldstar in Va. Horrible place! Those at bobs even were awesome with some repairs that was needed. They didn't hesitate but got right on having my issues fixed properly. Again I believe they have outstanding service n professionalism. They have a client for life with me. Two other happy people with the r my mother in law who is extremely happy with her suv n my father in law with his Malibu. My recent purchase with this dealership was the best experience I have ever had. The salesman was not pushy, told me to take my time, very patient, Sales Manager was good at his job, very helpful. Will send friends n families to them.

I just bought my car last week, well when I got home we noticed that the mirror on the passenger door was coming loose from the car, and the dual pipes in the back, one was lower than the other. I called them, and they had me to take it back there as soon as it was convenient for me. They replaced the things that were needing tended to quickly, and had us back on our way in no time at all. Very nice people, and very good to work with. I would truly recommend this car lot!

Saw a car on the lot .. It wasn't on the sales floor yet.. So I got a hold of a sales man.. We went threw the financing .. I TEST DROVE the car it had a lot of cosmetic stuff wrong.. Main item was the DVD/CD was broken.. They agree to fix it along with others AND WROTE IT ON MY PAPER WORK ..Said we can do all this in A few day..but REALLY TOOK 2+ WEEKS !!!! BUT They said car would be ready for pick up ..THE NIGHT BEFORE PICKUP DATE..I get a call .. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX THE DVD/CD PLAYER IT WILL COST *** $2400 and we are NOT WILLING TO TAKE ON THAT COST and they wanted to drop the car price by $500..the whole experience WAS A WASTE OF TIME..THEY BROKEN THERE WRITTEN PROMISE.. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY.!!!!.lucky I HADN'T made the DOWN PAYMENT !!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Most unprofessional business ever. They don't even have a parking spot for you when you come. Three visits and no customers in the showroom yet not one parking spot available. Salesman don't listen and don't want to sell cars very bad. Don't return calls and misinform you.

Bobb says yes like I said its a joke on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst thats. What I give. Them. They are very disrespectful in the aspect of calling you back. And I myself make good money and would not recommend them to anyone. They need to get with the program.
