Both Andrew Talsky and Dan Caputo were AWESOME. Andrew finding a car which I felt I could afford and was reliable and Dan, the most important one, got me financing that I could afford but gave me advice on your “gap” policy. I have to say that this was the first time I purchased a car in my life, that I felt both completely comfortable with the dealership but also the TWO GENTLEMEN that helped me.

The entire process was extremely easy. I was impressed how I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle firm your company. The financing and signing of the paperwork was fast and efficient.

I love this dealership! Andrew was super helpful in my car search. I had 24 hours to find a car before I had to turn my rental in and instead of him being pushy trying to get me to change my price range, like Jenkins Hyundai, he brought me something affordable, clean, and with low miles! A 2016 Hyundai Elantra!! I love my new car!! Andrew was first communicating with my mom because I was down the road at work, and he even let her bring the car to my job so I could take a quick peak at it. The process of getting the car was fast, once again unlike JENKINS Hyundai who had me there for 7 hours when I purchased my first vehicle, no hidden fees, he gave us out the door prices and didn’t switch up on it. Joe also was very helpful when we were doing the paperwork. He informed us about what each signature was for and he even gave me a personal paper tag since I couldn’t transfer my other one. I ended up saving a lot of money for the tag he had me purchase also. I will definitely be recommending Andrew, Joe, and Automax to my friends and family!! Thank you for everything!

I left Automax a couple of months ago with the mindset I will never come back. I went reluctantly and was greeted by my sales guy. He told me anything and everything about the truck I was looking at and was very helpful. He’s a great sales guy.

We were treated like a customer and not just a sale. Justin listened to what we wanted and did his best to make us happy, David worked his magic to get us a price we are happy with, Frank made the paperwork process as smooth as it could be, and Andrew took care of the tale end of everything on Justin's day off. It was nice to see Andrew working with Justin for a change instead of the typical rivalry between two sales staff in this type of industry. With great customer service, team work with everyone involved, the patience and understanding, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. which is why this isn't our first purchase here and (when we are in need again) won't be our last... thanks again!!
