Vehicle was a 2024 pilot that was on their lot for over
Vehicle was a 2024 pilot that was on their lot for over 45 days. Drove 2 hrs to see vehicle after Frank telling me on phone what he would give for my trade in. Was 2k less after I got offer than what he told me. But that’s not the bad part when I test drove the car I asked Frank what was the smell inside of it. He said what smell. I said this strong smoke smell. He said he didn’t notice it. My thoughts is if you have a car on lot for that long you should have prepped car for best selling options that wouldn’t drive customers away.

Bought a big red 1500 Ram!
Bought a big red 1500 Ram!!! Best buying experience ever!!! TJ was my salesman and from start to finish was amazing! Matt took the time to make sure I got the best deal out there! Steven treated me like I was a member of the family which is rare for a General Sales Manager. The only thing I regret is wasting my time with other dealerships and getting the run around when I should have just went there first! Won't make that mistake again! Thanks Auto Max
