My family and friends have purchased multiple vehicles from AutoMax Ocala. The staff are friendly and do not put pressure on you to buy. They give excellent money for your trade and their vehicles are top notch. I will never purchase a vehicle from any place else, I highly recommend them!

They were professional and courteous. There were no frills and they didn't go out of their way to offer us anything extra but it was a positive experience. They didn't do anything to make us feel greatly appreciated but they were helpful overall. We walked in knowing what we wanted, preapproved so the transaction was smooth and I'm sure that's why there was nothing extra done for us.

While at first I was skeptical, AutoMax now has me sold and they’ve earned a customer for life. They not only had exactly what I wanted, the price was the best in the state. I went in knowing what I could afford and what I wanted. The salesman, Gabriel, was very helpful & honest. I had chosen one signed all the papers and then decided I wanted my original choice. They were so very nice!

My first visit on Tuesday (11/6) was surprisingly disappointing. I walked around, inside and out for 20 minutes without any attention from the sales staff. I saw it was a busy day for you, but 20 minutes! On my way out, I asked a question of the receptionist who summoned a finance person. Question answered. James Cohen handed me his card and we agreed to meet on Wednesday. From there, things were much smoother and we accomplished.
