I came in looking for a newer truck. First off the atmosphere is very peaceful. I didn't feel pressured or cornered. All staff were very friendly and professional. Very professional. The large indoor showroom was impressive. The sales staff, managers, and finance all were extremely patient and flexible when meeting my price. In the end I drove off the lot a very happy and satisfied owner of a newer truck.

I worked with Tammy to secure a price I was comfortable with before even coming to the dealership. I drove close to 100 miles to pick up the car but it was well worth it. Tammy had the car clean and with a full tank of gas upon my arrival. The paperwork was waiting for me and I completed the transaction quickly. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend the dealership to others. I was not pressured and never felt the typical dealer stereotype here.

Ernesto the salesman was very pateient as I test drove multiple vehicles. He was also knowledgeable about each of the vehicles features which was refreshing because at other dealerships I visited the sales people I met with barely new about cars. So while Ernesto did a good job at selling me a vehicle Joe Fulner the finance manager saved the deal due to some last minute financing issues. The credit union I bank with in Orlando could not finance the vehicle because the dealership does not except site drafts. Keep that in mind when you’re purchasing from Automax. Joe was able to match my rate and terms with a local credit union in Ocala so I completed the purchase. The vehicle is beautiful and was, in my opinion, a good deal compared to some other offers I had.

I was greeted by Robert as I.walked up toward the office I told him the car I was interested in seeing. From that point on the sales pressure was on. He had us sit down with him and had the sales agreement filled out in no time. I had no time to make an offer or anything.else. But I interrupted him long enough to make an offer which he accepted. Ooverall it was a good visit and I would recommend to anyone who has been looking for a car.
