I went to Auto Max in Ocala to look for a new car. I was immediately greeted by Michael who was very pleasant and informative about their inventory. He asked me what I was interested in and then he took me directly to that vehicle. Many times it is a stressful experience purchasing a new car because the sales person is very pushy not very attententive to your wants and needs. Michael was very attentive and did his very best to make me feel comfortable about purchasing my vehicle. Frank in financing was very attentive as well. Courteous and friendly welcome when we arrived. Helpful in directing us to meet our needs. Very clean facility and comfortable seating. There were a couple of things on the truck I would have liked to have been fixed that got over looked. Other then that an okay experience.

Looking for a new car was a very confusing and exciting process all together. After leasing our cars for the last 20 years, we decided to buy if the vehicle and price were right.
