My husband and I have always purchased our cars through a dealership and decided to try AutoMax Ocala instead after hearing a great review from a friend who had recently purchased a truck from it. We were extremely pleased with our purchasing experience at AutoMax and are so glad that we had made that decision. Ryan Fraszier, our salesman, was so accommodating from the very start and we were in and out of there in it seemed like in no time with an auto we just love! We weren't pressured, all our questions were answered. Ryan helped us look at every vehicle we asked about. I have purchased dozens of cars/trucks in my life time, but never a used car. Generally speaking, I hate the whole experience of buying cars. One feels he never has enough information to make a good decision. But AutoMax made it a great experience. First: the cars are already priced to sell. You can research on-line and know you are getting a fair deal (in some cases a great deal) when compared to vehicles within a 100 mile radius. Sure you might find one for $300 less in some smaller town 2 hours away, but it's not the worth the time and effort. Second: the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no sales pressure only a willingness to assist. Anthony, Fred and especially James (the floor manager) did everything in their power to make the selection and purchase of the car a pleasant experience. We didn't haggle, argue, play mind games or any of that typical back and forth in the "car buying experience." They quoted me a fair price (I knew what was fair going into the showroom having done my homework), they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and I merely asked for a couple of small things above and beyond the deal. They never even hesitated. They agreed immediately. There are some who would say, if they let you buy the car then you probably paid too much. Whose to know. Personally, I feel like I got a fair deal. And if I paid a tad too much, so what, it was worth it to have a stress free experience. Over the life of the car, it's pennies on the dollar. Fourth: I got a super interest rate I could scarcely have gotten any place else which saved me hundred of dollars. And Joe made the financial process easy as could be. In and out in no time. I wholeheartedly recommend AutoMax, Ocala. Great used car buying experience.

I'd like to think of myself as a bargaining man. I ventured up to Ocala from Tampa, in regards to a vehicle I saw on the AutoMax website. They had the car listed for the lowest marketed price in the general area. I stay clear of salesmen because of the stereotypical pushy behavior; however, Cash was very friendly and informative. He was patient and willing to listen to what we wanted. He gave me the confidence of buying a vehicle with him and not just another "sale"; which I greatly appreciated and look for in any business relationships.

This was the first time I had gone to Automax. I had been trying to find a car within my budget for months and was told to give them a try. I went over their selection online and found the exact suv for me at a great price! Called them for some info and they were friendly and informative. I got prequalified online and when I went to look at the vehicle the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I was amazed!
