The prices at AutoMax are uncomparable and don't come with any hidden fees! Probably the lowest dealer fee in the area. I purchased a 2016 Ford F150 SuperCrew with the V8. Dan Gallagher was my Sales rep. He was polite, professional and patient. I gave him my scenario and what I was trying to accomplish. Dan was there for the long ride! Every question answered without hesitation, I did not feel pressured whatsoever. The product and pricing sold itself. I would highly recommend purchasing from AutoMax of Ocala and using Dan as your sales rep. Dan has been in the automotive industry for quite some time and knows his stuff. My husband and I had a great experience here with buying a truck for him. He found a very nice truck online filled out the paperwork. Spoke with a sales man Santiago, told him what we were looking for, what our down payment was, and what kind of payment we could afford. He was able to get us exactly what we were looking for and in 90 minutes we we were driving out with a brand new truck. They were very honest and up front no hidden suprises. If you want to buy a USED car, go to Auto Max; great price, service. We went to two local dealers and all they wanted to do was sell us a new car. They intentionally kept the used car price comparable to a new car price and shopped a 72 month finance option to keep a low monthly rate. One dealer used a phrase called "No Haggle" which meant to me No Deal. Just go into a dealership and look at the sales associates faces (stress, tension, and frustration). Then go into Auto Max and you'll see sales associates relaxed, no pressure, and they will let you leave because they know they have the best priced used cars in the area. Ryan, our Auto Max salesperson, was awesome; even though he was a Steelers fan.

what a great experience my wife and I had purchasing a truck at Automax . We were assisted by 2 salesmen Ryan Frazier and Ernesto Daboub, they were very knowledgeable on all the features on the vehicle . Extremely helpful in the whole process . The finance manager Dan Caputo was excellent explaining everything and expediting the everything very fast. The atmosphere was great everybody was cheerful and joking, never had a car buying experience like this before. I will be back again when ever I need a new vehicle. Thank you guys you were GREAT.
