I walked into Auto Max yesterday with full intentions of buying a vehicle. I have Purchased from there before and my salesman was Ryan Frazier. Obviously, I wanted to work with him again since I was treated fairly and with respect the first time. When we pulled up, he recognized us, and met us as we walked up. I told him what I wanted, and how I wanted it to happen and Ryan made it happen. Again, as before, he was very courteous and forthcoming and made sure we were aware of all the information every step through the buying process. Ryan is probably the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I hate buying cars, but because of the way we were treated by him, we came back a second time to purchase another vehicle. I cannot say that about any other salesman. I truly enjoyed my experience and was confident we would walk away happy with our purchase.

Customer service was great. They have a good selection of vehicles and will do their best to get the customers in them. Mr. Dan was very personable and has a lot of product knowledge which made me feel even better about purchasing the vechicle. I also appreciated how Mr. Ryan stayed in contact with me after I purchased the vechicle making sure that my expectations of the vehicle was met. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend AutoMax to others.
