A no pressure used car facility. Ernesto was very friendly and patient during test drive and explaining the vehicle details. This was the first place visited, but after visiting several other local car dealers, CarMax stood out as much better. Will definitely consider buying here when in the market next time.

When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Oseas, who was extremely helpful. He went through all of the different sized vehicles within our price range. He didn't try to get us looking at cars that were higher than our price range. He was very accommodating with our 19 month old son letting us put the car seat in the car for us all to test drive the vehicle. Both Ryan and Oseas were really helpful with the paperwork and helping us through the process.

This is the place to come if you want a great vehicle at a great price with no hassles and awesome salespeople like Ashley. She went above and beyond to ensure we got the Jeep we wanted on a Sunday.

Ryan was absolutely awesome. Everything smooth and quick through the whole process. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I think we were at Automax in Ocala for at least 2 hours just picking out a car. Ryan Frazier found us the car we loved and even lowered the price so we could get it. The car he found us is very nice and elegant if I were to ever get another car he would be the one I go to. Thanks Ryan!
