Went shopping for Jeep in Ocala on 6/7/2014 was really surprised how straight forward our salesmen were. If he didn?t know the answer he said that he didn?t know but will get me the answer which he did pleasure dealing with professional only later to find out we were his very fist customers he had as a salesmen. Automax got a great salesman when they hired Kyle; to top things off he made sure everything we discussed was true by sharing the sale with Richard who also was very professional. Felt very comfortable dealing with these people it was great. The finance guy went out of his way to make sure we got the deal we were happy with very creative. Then sales manager came over to make sure everything and every one was happy after the sale was done. Great customer service always around from beginning (called ahead to make sure Jeep we were looking for was on lot). To Sales manager waving as we left with new car we wanted. We have been searching all weekend and were plum wore out. When we showed up it was just to look because we had been getting the run around all day by different dealerships in the area. James Cohen came out and put us to ease real quick. He gave us options and let me speak my mind without trying to change it. He listened and treated us like people which is very hard to come by now and days. We ended up leaving with our jeep compass and couldn't be more happier.
