GMC Rewards Issue
Went in to do an oil change and everything was going good till I tried to use my GMC rewards points. My phone would not load the app and I do not have e-mail access on my phone. I called GMC rewards from the dealership, and they refused to give me my account number, even though I gave them my information. They would only e-mail me my account number, so I was stuck at the dealership. Jesse gave me a way around the issue so I could get home. Jesse and the other person went out of their way to help me since the GMC rewards people wouldn't. GMC rewards needs to change their policy or you're going to lose a lot of people. Thanks

Deceitful They Bargain in bad faith. Then cover
Tried to purchase a car advertised online made a verbal deal. Ask if I could put a deposit down. Was told not necessary. Then they made an excuse why it was not for sale (to me).

Do not trust.
Do not trust. They are willing to mislead you and bargain in bad faith after making an agreement. They said a deposit was unnecessary, then backed out of deal witha lame excuse (lied).

We have bought several vehicles from Ron Anderson and it’s always been a wonderful, fast and honest experience. My husband doesn’t like the run around of most dealerships and always goes back to this dealership and Christyn because it’s hassle free and we are in and out! Will continue buying our vehicles from Ron Anderson and Christyn!

I brought my new Chevy vehicle to Ron Anderson for a
I brought my new Chevy vehicle to Ron Anderson for a possible warranty issue cracking headlight lenses and to schedule the first oil change. From the beginning the service writer was more pessimistic, he began by detailing the things that GM would not cover. He then went on to tell me that it was possibly how I was washing the vehicle. It had only been hand washed by me once since I got it. He then said it could be that it was related to how much heat it emitted because it is a commercial vehicle and supposedly they emit more heat. I then asked to speak with the service manager. The service manager even tried to claim that GM wouldn’t cover this under warranty. The fact that the vehicle has less than 5,000 miles on it and is approximately 6 months old makes this situation bizarre and an obvious defect. I took the vehicle to Nimnicht Chevrolet in Jacksonville, they did the first oil change and replaced the headlights as they had them in stock. They found the cracking odd and gave me absolutely no problem making the issue right. As far as I am concerned Ron Anderson has lost all of my future business by not listening to the customer and acting completely uninterested in getting and keeping my business.
