Scheduled oil change and tire rotation for 11:00; when I
Scheduled oil change and tire rotation for 11:00; when I arrived, there were no service agents anywhere in sight. Fifteen minutes later agent arrived; car went in for service at 11:30 and reappeared shortly after noon, but again there were no service agents to be seen. Agent reappeared at 12:30 and took care of another customer. I was finally able to pay for service after 1:00 PM.

Service advisor was very attentive but the problem is the
Service advisor was very attentive but the problem is the technician in the quick lube service were awful. One was smoking a cigarette the other one was talking and showed no motivation to get the service done. Never did the ten point inspection. I came home and my washer light came on. Go figure. I go because Ben is a good service advisor.

I had my 2010 Yukon towed in to have a battery replaced.
I had my 2010 Yukon towed in to have a battery replaced. Two days later, and over $200 for an "evaluation" and installation labor, plus the $200 battery, I walked out with a $400 bill. I will never set foot in this dealership again for any reason. Being a life-long GM owner, it pains me to go elsewhere, but this dealership just doesn't get it.

GMC truck repair not satisfied on service work still had
GMC truck repair not satisfied on service work still had same issue once I picked up and service engine light on. Why didn’t they recheck even took an extra day for them to repair.

Oil Change
I booked my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for as close to first appointment of the day. As I travel almost an hour for service. This oil change took over 2 hours to complete. My last oil change took the same time frame and I did book it as first in the morning. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. I believe it is time to find a new dealer, especially as I am new to the area.

Dealer has a truck on the web site like it is for sale.
Dealer has a truck on the web site like it is for sale. Drive from Callahan to look at the vehicle and was told it was ordered for someone and not for sale. I called the dealer to ask why it was on the website and not for sale. Was told the gm must have put it on the website when it was ordered. Dealer should make sure that the website is accurate to prevent customers from wasting half a day in time and the gas to look at a truck that was never for sale.

Lack of communication with customer
Lack of follow-through and connecting with the customer. I was left in the dark many times that day. Not happy.. I have been to this Dealership that was probably my fourth time. The other times were fine. This one was horrible. I was abandoned by the dealership, even after I had to call many times to try to get through the service. How unfortunate.
