Dishonrable ripoff dealership. " - repousmc I paid cash for a 2014 Chevy Tahoe. The vehicle was missing the spare tire and the second key. I was told they would order and send me both. I received neither. I made at least 30 calls and left messages over several months. Cassandra the finance manager still hasn't called me back after 6 months. I finally spoke to the owner Ray. He promised to send me a check to cover the cost of a spare tire and a replacement key and fob. I never received the check. Many more phone calls and I finally spoke to Ray again. He again promised me the check. I never received it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hillside never responded. I finally spoke to Ray the owner again today and he proceeded to insult me by calling me a xxxxxxx who lives in the trees. He is an honorless xxxxxxx. I am a retired Marine. I believe in honer and keeping your word. I served my country honorably and this is how Ray rewards my service by ripping me off and insulting me. This man Ray is a tough guy over the phone calling me names and trying to insult me. He is an unprofessional xxxxxxx. He made promises to make good on a deal and hasn't lived up to them. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. There are many complaints with the BBB that have gone unanswered and unresolved. Do not do business with this dealership.

5 star he was very aware of the needs and was able to offer the best option available. Hospitality was awesome made sure that we were well attended and comfortable. Jerry Rosario was amazing he led us through the entire process and made a long process feel short and comfortable.

I have been in such awe that I haven't been able to take time out to give a great review. Jerry was so professional and patient. He help me get my first car. I have never financed a car in my life. He made it so smooth that when I was approved I thought I was dreaming. Oh and while I was waiting he even got my daughter a snack. He's such a gentleman. Very informative and you can tell this is not just a job for him. His smile is genuine and it takes of the edge and nervousness for me as a customer making such a purchase. Hillside Auto is great!!! The whole staff is great. Thanks I love my car!!!

Great and quick buying experience. Knowledgeable staff. Great vehicle, very happy. Andre was amazing to work with. I highly recommend this not just this dealership, but Andre. I mean he treated me like we grew up together, like an old friend, and there was never any pressure. ANDRE GOT ME A CAR!!!

this dealership is fast and efficient if you want a car fast, all employees are great to work with.the cars are in great condition and are very clean.

I bought 2018 Camry for 14999 tax come up to $ 17100 everything was fine they get signature and everything and told I’ll get all the docs at mailing address now just got the statement totally change the price charge me 21000 and it’s been a week try to get help a the staff is know they make people fool with fiancé thing but thank god I had make video recording when we having a deal and the lady Cassandra manger who make the deal the time I was there now she’s ignoring she has no time to talk .... but this I’ll take them to court will close them down even I hv to spend $ dont xxxxing care . Please don’t go this place they make u fool

Sales persons are not properly updated on current inventory. They run an internet special ( eg. car 8k off listed price ) salespersons promised me that the car I wanted was available. . When I shoWe’d up minutes later at their lot. The car was not there ( fictional car) they tried to sell me something else. The salesperson on the phone didn’t even honor showing up for the agreed apon appointment. I do not recommend this dealer

everyone here is very respectful and patient with you. They take their time with you and really offer the best deals that met your needs. Andre is amazing and I would recommend him to everyone.
