This is the worst dealership ever to have service done on your vehicle. I would not recommend them to NOBODY!!! I have been stranded for 7 days and they have not provided me with a vehicle. Everyday I call, Debbie continues to tell me that they have 3-4 vehicles coming in today--that has been 7 days -- and I'm still wondering where are the 3-4 vehicles that she continue to lie about and say they are coming in. This dealership is a piece of trash. with beyond poor customer service.

I spoke with Sakil on the phone about interest in an SUV. I drive 30 minutes one way to test drive the SUV. When I get there, I am notified that the vehicle is not there. Sakil then offers to bring the vehicle to my home the next day for me to test drive. I text him my information and wait to hear from him the next day about the time he would bring the car. I hear from him the following day around 5. He said he would bring the car around 7pm for me to test drive. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard back from him. Sakil has no integrity. I was taught that a man's word is his bond. I guess everyone wasn't taught that simple rule in life. Needless to say, Sakil's word isn't worth cheap dollar store toilet tissue.

Miss Debra is ALWAYS FRIENDLY. Her personality speaks volume. She is always smiling and showing positivity towards anyone she comes in contact with. I always enjoy my visit when I see her.
