All of the cars on his lot LOOK flawless. Jeff was very nice to speak to on the phone, but when I got there I got a few condescending answers to my questions. I got the whole spiele about buying a well maintained car. I got to see a carfax report for one the cars. It was Almost too good to be true. It was about 3 pages longer than any other carfax I've seen, with all services highlighted. He wouldn't let me keep it after I was done looking at the car. I am glad I went to a different dealer because I got the same year car with Almost 40,000 less miles for the same price. This place gave me a very bad vibe and I'm glad I did not do business with them.

Don't trust the fake reviews Jeff paid companies to put on the web for his dealership. Do yourself a favor and google a few of the names and see that all the accounts do positive reviews around the country for other xxxxxxxx that will pay for them. I almost bought a car from Jeff. He said it was "just serviced". He let me drive it and it was very hard to steer, had a bulb out, and had a CEL. "Oh yeah those will get taken care of while we are cleaning up the car for you".... ??? While I was there he was trying to push off another xc70 to a family of 4. They came back from the test drive and said it kept stalling out when starting from a stop. I'm glad to see it's still on his lot. He had guys doing bondo work in his wet dirty parking lot and then spraying over it right there. Silly me I didn't do my research before hand.

What a wonderful environment to purchase a car. Mike and Jeff were so easy to work with and I got a Torch Light Motors at a fair price. We'll be back when it's time for our next vehicle.

After seeing many of the cars advertised online for very reasonable prices, I visited Torch Light to see the cars in person. The lot was full of very clean Volvo's and a few other European brands... ended up buying a 2006 Volvo S60 with 42k... I've had the car for 3 weeks and love it. The buying experience was very low key and absolutely no pressure. Basically come and do as you wish. Prices are fixed but reasonable - I don't like playing games so I like this approach. I would buy here again, and I highly recommend them.

Torch Light Motors knows how to buy cars. They treated me well through the process, were patient and represented the car accurately. It is an amazing car. Most that have seen it think it is brand new. Thanks for the great service.

I worked with Jeff on both of these purchases. He and his colleagues run a first rate operation. What I love about their shop is that you can drive numerous high ends, low usage vehicles on the same streets on the same day for accurate head to head comparisons. It's quick, easy and ultra low pressure.re These guys have a simple philosophy of getting very nice vehicles, adding a reasonable markup to competitive sale price and selling without the high pressure. This is a gat way to shop for vehicles!

Our experience was more than excellent. Jeff was not only very helpful. He treated us as though he has known us for years and went above and beyond in helping us with all transactions in purchasing a car. We did not feel any type of pressure nor feel any negativity.
