Well I was pleasantly surprised

I was referred to Torch light Motors by my bank and was very skeptical because anytime I have driven by there the vehicles seem way out of my price range. So when I went there I didn?t think anyone was going to be able to help me. Well I was pleasantly surprised! Jeff was able to find more than one car that I could afford and we were able to narrow it down to the one that was best for me and he helped get me financed! Thank you!

The salesman was very nice

I wasn't really looking for a vehicle, but found one online and decided to check it out. The salesman was very nice; everybody in the office was very nice. After a few minutes of negotiations, I walked out with a receipt for my new car. Loving it so far!

They were very friendly

Everyone from Torch Light Motors was great, had an interesting situation that needed special care. Over a week long deal, they were very friendly (saw them every day) and always got great customer service. Deal with Mike in New Volvo!! Would not even think of dealing with anyone else again!

They have a very friendly personality

They have a very friendly personality. Jeff who helped me in buying a car. I bought BMW from them and I'm loving it. Even though it was used they added in New tires. and I am very satisfied of their customer service.

Great Service

I just bought my SAAB. Mike is great, completely focused on what is important to me and in every way the opposite of a pushy salesperson. I'm delighted with my new car and look forward to more of the excellent Torch Light Motors.

I am happy to recommend Them

Very friendly and professional service from start to finish! I purchased a used BMW and dealt with Mike. He had all the information I needed ready and available, knew plenty about the car as well as how to find out whether there had been any tampering or damage to the vehicle I may not had been known otherwise! 2004 Volvo Cross Country

Flew to NJ from WI and purchased a 2004 Volvo XC70 Mid August 2013. Pros: Not pushy at all, he gave me all the time to choose but since I had limited time I went ahead and purchased a car cause of all the great reviews (big mistake). 3 month warranty (expires next month hopefully covers what needs to be fixed on the car). CONS: I told them engine light came on and the guy just reset with a Diagnostic tool and Jeff told me it's just a probably an O2 sensor that I could replace( I had to replace a bad MAF sensor which cost $190 ), DON"T EVER pay using a credit card or he'll ask you to pay for half of the fee to use the credit card machine. I changed the oil on the required mileage and half of the oil filter housing was full of SAND!!! I can't say it's a sandy vehicle cause he gave me a clean title but where the heck did all that sand come from (Saw something online on how titles get cleaned but like I said I have no proof)???? I had to totaly drain the oil twice and I am more than likely will have to do it again just to check if there is any more sand in the engine. While doing the oil changes I noticed that the cover that is under engine has been catching majority of what was leaking and that is why I didn't notice any leaks until I pulled the cover out. This car is like a little faucet leaking from everywhere (turbo, front part of radiator, power steering hose, and places that I have not found source of the leak). I made a really bad mistake when I purchased this vehicle because of good reviews, I guess with my limited time up in NJ I did what I should have never done. PLEASE if you do buy from this company make sure to at least bring it to a respectable garrage to have the vehicle checked out (what I should have done) before purchasing. I know if I lived up there I could probably bring this up to them but I don't and now I am just hoping that the 90 day warranty will cover what needs to get fixed on this car or else I'm out more money than what this vehicle is worth!

Best Experience

I recently bought a BMW through Jeff in which I had the best experience. I have been keeping in touch with Jeff since January 2013 because I was waiting for BMW and when I finally got my BMW last week I got my car by Thursday this week. He worked effortless with me to get my first car going and now I am feeling extremely happy. I would let anybody know if they are looking for a car, to come to Torch Light Motors because of the way I was treated through the greatness of Jeff, he is the best.

What a pleasure

Had a friend buy an S60 and said how easy they are to deal with. Looked for an XC90 and found Torchlight prices well below everyone else. Went in 8 weeks ago with the intention of buying a 2004 and ended up buying a 2007 with 116K miles. Purchase process was painless. Had the carfax on the vehicle and nothing negative. Took the XC90 to my mechanic and he couldn't find anything wrong. Great SUV, couldn't be happier. Only thing I would say negative is don't go for the extended third party warranties, reviews say they are difficult to deal with but haven't had to try so far. With my experience so far the 3 month warranty that Torchlight offers would have sufficed. They are honest, forthright, and you won't get a better deal. Not your typical used car salesmen and much better than trying to deal with the snobby Volvo dealers. WFM
