Salesmen are friendly but be careful!

Salesmen are friendly but be careful! They are NOT your friends, they are sellers. Read your contracts! Check everything over! They gave me a certain price for a warranty, then without my knowledge tacked on an extra $300 right before I signed. Don’t even get the xx warranty honestly. Now I have to go there and confront them about canceling it.

I bought a new 2024 Kia Carnival from Rich F.

I bought a new 2024 Kia Carnival from Rich F. and he was awesome! This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from him and love that he was not pushy on the final sale and genuinely cared that I got into a vehicle that I loved to fit my family size. I did not feel any pressure in the buying process. I was in and out within 1 hour and had a great smooth transaction. I will continue to return to my sales guy Rich F and stay loyal to Matt Blatt Kia because of the awesome experience I have had on my 2 sales with Rich!

Excellent service department even without an appointment. Clean & comfortable waiting area with beverages & cookies available. We were in & out within an hour with the service completed as required. Like the fact that washed the car & completed the service within the promised timeframe

I purchased my used Jeep there about 3-4 months ago.

I purchased my used Jeep there about 3-4 months ago. I am still waiting on the tag, I have to replace my brakes and rotors because they were just checked according to the service record but not changed or replaced by car fax and everytime I hit the brake it flutters. I paid to replace all but my back wiper they did that when I had to bring it back because my sunroof got stuck open and the mechanic said it was operator error because it is a manual. It is not had to show the mechanic how to use it then he put it in the paperwork that it was operator error. I paid out of pocket for a s cond extension on a temp tag because I have residence in two states so my ID says one but I live half the time in another. I had to changey name on my ID and even told the sales man to hyphen my last name as I did when I signed, he never did. I had to wait hours fory car to be ready for me to take home just for them to do nothing but over fill the oil in it. I had a quarter of a tank of gas when I drove it off the lot. I lovey jeep but I wish I had gone somewhere else to get one, this is and continues to be a nightmare and their solution is "we can give you a free oil change" I spend more money getting there with bridge cost and wasted time then the cost of an oil change that I can do myself. I am already out over $500 ( wipers, brakes, rotors, temp tags,bridge tolls, taking off work to go to and from to fix problems, and time in general) I will never go there again nor recommend anyone there.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I’ve had the Jeep

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I’ve had the Jeep 5 days . I had to bring it back the check engine light came on after a half a tank of gas , the Media center needs to be replaced ., I’m not a happy camper I brought it back to the dealer it took 4 hours to come to this conclusion .

went to kia in eht where i brought the kia new went in

went to kia in eht where i brought the kia new went in for my oil change needless to say i have always had a good good job done but not this time for a hundred and some dollars looks like just a oil and filter tire rotation whick i paid for extra they could not of checked fluids because washer never filled coolant not filled not even sure if tires were done or not so i took some where to make sure got checked filled not sure i will be using this dealership again
