Great service experience. Advisor kept me updated throughout the process while I enjoyed drinks, snacks and a movie in their comfortable lounge. 100% recommend. They also washed my car, which I wasn't even expecting.

Very disappointed
A scratch was put on my car after an oil change in which a week later my low oil light came on and I had to pay $20 for oil since I was headed a distance away and was afraid of breaking down.no reply from supervisor

Each car in the lot had an “adjustment “ that was
Each car in the lot had an “adjustment “ that was thousands above the advertised price. The Matt Blatt website listed a “Matt Blatt Price” that was not the actual price. We were really disappointed and ended up buying down the street at Bennett Chevrolet. Much easier time and great to work with.

I’ve owned 4 Kia Sorentos and 4 Hyundais. I purchased my current Kia Sorento from you last year. I can’t believe that Kia and Matt Blatt would treat a loyal customer the way I was treated. I could respect your actions if you had simply put an accurate price on the car and your website. I can’t respect the deceptive practice of lying about the price and then saying the disclaimer covers up that sin. As a Christian I would have expected better from you.

They are always courteous; the waiting room is well appointed and clean, and our vehicle was done ahead of schedule and washed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service on my Kia.

bad service not doing what should of been done
they have terrible customer service,bought a car with dents still have a dent they did not fixed told it was a oversight,was told to take my car back to the body shop that did not do a good john s I guest is part of mangement is not good at what he does,he needs to do something else, I wiil have my car fixed and they are giong to pay the bill . they are dishonest people be ware!

Went in to get an oil change and I had got a flat tire
Went in to get an oil change and I had got a flat tire the day before. They were able to fix both. They also performed a multi-piont inspection. This is the reason you take your car/SUV to a certified Kia not a mom and pop store! Louis was very helpful and explained my service and the cost.

The “Service” department is lacking extremely on their customer service skills. Management is very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy with the way they talked to me.
