Sold car to them, still waiting for a check.
I have bought two cars from this dealership and it was a pleasure. When last I bought one, I mentioned that my dad had a car to sell with very low mileage. On June 6, 2015, I brought it in and we agreed on a price. The check was to have been mailed on Monday, because the person who would do it was not there on Saturday. I waited until the following Friday and called. Was told it had been mailed on Tuesday. Waited until the following Tuesday. Was told it was mailed the day before. I called and wrote to ask why someone lied, asked for an apology from the person who did it and for the check. Still waiting. When I bought a car, I got an email from the boss asking that I let him know if there was a problem. Emailed about this. It's been over a day and I was told he was there when I called. 11 days. No check. Monday to Weds a check can get from Egg Harbor to Absecon, NJ. I believe the have already sold the car. My comments below are for SELLING a car. Buying was good. If selling, get the check before giving up the keys. My mistake.

Love my Sedona!!!
I found the Sedona I was looking for online, called this dealer, spoke to the Sales Mgr Robert Semprevivo & salesman Mike Borkowski were both AWESOME! They took us through every step easily, & made our purchasing a new van a pleasant experience. A problem arose with the vehicle we drove down to the dealership & Rob & Mike came and picked us up immediately. They understood everything we were looking for & got us in and out quickly. Also kudos going out to Suzette Dessoye, made signing all those papers painless! We appreciate all that was done for us, as we had a terrible experience with a dealer 20 mins away. So happy we found Matt Blatt Kia & traveled over 70+ miles for our Sedona!!! Thanks

The best!
Went in to trade in a car , wasn't expecting to be leaving with a new car . Suzette did everything she could do to help me! She understood my financial issues and helped work around them. She was very empathetic and seemed like she genuinely cared. I recommend using this dealership and also using Suzette !

I had a recall on my suzuki and they where fantastic! Had a problem with the first recall and they fixed that for me as well! Above and beyond people! Had a snack& coffee bar the kids played xbox and where able to use a ipad best service ever

EZPZ Purchase
Read some of the bad reviews but took a chance anyway to see a 2012 Nissan Murano that was listed. I called and set up an appointment. Got there a little early and saw the car was parked near the entrance with several people checking it out. I expected to be told that it was already sold but it was there waiting for me. My salesperson Michele was very pleasant and professional as were the manager and finance rep. The whole process took less than two hours including my trade in appraisal and financing and purchase paperwork. I drove out of there in my freshly detailed new vehicle. When I got home, I noticed a couple of flaws that weren't present during the test drive. Michele arranged for the repairs which were no charge and perfect. She even got me an extra remote key that I requested. If I had a complaint, it would be that the trade offer was a little low but the price of the new vehicle was also below comparables from other dealers, so it balanced out. I would absolutely buy from them again~

Horrible!!!!!
I bought a Cadillac from Matt Blatt. Had problems since the first week and the problem was never fixed!!! They said the car needed a coil. Now I know the car needs a motor and they refuse to help me. I'm very disappointed!!!!!

I spoke with this customer on and scheduled an appointment with our service department to review any and all issues with the car. The customer made the decision not to come in. This customer placed the review on Matt Blatt Kia. The vehicle was purchased in 2012 at Matt Blatt Glassboro. A coil was replaced no charge in March of 2013. In April of this year the car was diagnosed with needing to have the actuators in the doors replaced.. The repair was declined. The customer told me that a Cadillac dealer in Philadelphia said the car needed a motor. We wanted to verify that this was the case and then determine how we could be of assitance. The customer decided to not bring the vehicle in.
All of the problems I had with this vehicle surfaced very early on. The doors on the car would jam and when I brought the car back to the shop I was told to "open the doors with ease." The doors actually got so bad I was locked out the car for hours. Not to mention that the replacement for the doors would not be covered under the warranty, and the car was out of warranty when it needed a motor!!! I decided not to take the vehicle back because I was not satisfied with the service. I was dismissed and patronized. For the record I was at the shop well over 2-3 times!!!
Excellent Service!
I visited the Kia website with no intentions of purchasing a brand new hybrid. Suzzette spoke to me over the phone and asked me to come in to the dealership. She was extremely empathetic to my financial and personal needs. I couldn't have received better service and I love my new car!
