We purchased a used 2012 Kia Sorento with 124K. I found the car to be clean and was priced 1,600 under NADA. Al and Rami were both great to work with. They repaired a knock sensor after test driving it and they fixed another small issue with the gas tank release mechanism for free as well. This is my second car purchased in the past 5 years and I am happy to buy more cars in the future. I will refer Gateway motors (Cudahy) to my family/friends as well since they do a good job taking care of the customer when buying cars from their dealership.

I saw a car that I was interested in on the app. My Uncle called and talked to Al on Monday. Al answered all the questions my Uncle asked. The car I was interested in had a few problems, but Al looked on the computer and said that there was a different used car that I should look at. I looked the car up on their website, viewed all the pictures and decided that the car would be a better fit for me. We asked if it would be possible to hold it until Friday and it was no problem to do that. We drove up to their store yesterday, looked at the car and went on a test drive. There was a funny smell coming out of the ventilation system. We told Al what we recognized and the mechanic that was there changed the air filter and it was much better. The buying process was easy and fast. All the questions that we asked were answered friendly and professional. I would recommend this car dealer if you are looking for good used cars or even a newer on. They have a wide selection of cars and are getting in new and used cars every week!
