I found the car on cars.com and visited the dealer. Keith was very helpful, clearly described the attributes & shortcomings of the car I chose to buy. Not aggressive or pushy at all. Answered all of my questions, worked with my schedule, and replaced parts that might need replacing in the near future. The terms of the sale are "as-is" but after I paid for the car, Keith asked me to let them know if anything goes wrong or fails. They stand behind their cars and I highly recommend them.

I had purchased a fine vehicle last year from the team at Gateway and was very pleased with the service. I hit a deer last week and was devastated at the loss. I returned to Gateway as the previous experience was pleasant enough. I was made to feel right at home. I was offered several choices that fit my criteria and settled on the least expensive option.... at the advice of the owner! He took my needs into consideration and did not try to sell me something I did not want or need. The entire process was, once again, seamless and pressure-free. Not only am I pleased with their sales, I also bring my wife's Audi to Gateway for service as they are knowledgeable and equipped to work on her vehicle at a fair rate.
