Fantastic, honest, easy to deal with
Went to have a look at Vw Jetta, and i was impressed with their positive attitude, knowledge and how easy we made a deal. Car was in perfect condition, same as they told me on phone, they even did oil change free of charge. Impressed

They stand behind their cars
I needed to buy a car for my son who is going away to college in the fall. We did a lot of looking and finally ended up at Gateway. We had a great experience with everyone on the lot, salesperson, mechanic, owner...all treated us like family. After our long search we decided to buy one of the vehicles that this dealership had to offer. Our decision to give them our business was as much about the car as it was about the dealership. They put us at ease, with the idea that they both wanted to sell us a car, but wanted us as customers in the future, and that they stood behind their cars. Unfortunately the car we picked (that drove perfectly on our test drive) had a major problem that we discovered the next day. When we took it back to the dealership and showed them the issue, they accepted it with no trouble and diagnosed the problem. They agreed that the issue existed before we bought the car but wasn't apparent until we took it home. I didn't even have to ask - they told me that they would do their best to fix it, and if all else failed they would refund our money. As it turns out, the problem was not worth fixing as it would have been more expensive than the car was worth. However, the owner never backed down from their promise to stand by their car. He offered to give our money back - no negotiation around the "as is" contract... just simply "we hope you consider one of our other cars, but if not here is your money, we are sorry for the trouble". We bought one of their other cars(my son likes it better than the first), and we will be loyal customers as long as they are in business.

Great Service!!!!
What I loved about this place was the fact I was able to get in the car and get a feel for it without being hasseled. Keith the sales man was awesome not pushy at all. There was a small crack in the windshield and they replaced the entire thing at no cost to me. I wI'll definitely be doing business with them again.

Great service, took good care of me
I went out looking for my first car and I was hesitant with a few other dealerships I looked into, I came to Gateway Motors and the sales rep Keith did an excellent job of making sure I walked away feeling confident and happy with my decision to buy through this dealership. It appeared as though he really cared about me having a good and reliable car and that he was willing to service the car before I took it off the lot. The only negative thing that I have to say about the dealership is that they could have done a more thorough inspection before I drove away in the car. I took the car to get regular service and there were a couple things that the dealer could have fixed for me, but nevertheless Gateway Motors did a lot to ensure that the car was in drive-able condition. Very friendly staff all around and they did a lot to help me with my first car and offer me awesome customer service.

2010 corolla
Bought my new car here. Great customer service. Had a bulb burn out and said I didn't like the brakes on my car. 1 wk later I brought it in and they replaced the bulb and brakes even though they had 50% life left. Very good experience buying here.

Convenient, courteous, easy
I'd been to many dealers over the last two years and I must say that generally these smaller dealers are easier to deal with and better experiences. The salesman listened and tried to cater to my interests. I was actually allowed to figure things out for myself instead of being roped into this or that or thrown into paperwork and applications before I even knew what I wanted to do like 'certain' other kinds of dealers you might find around the south milwaukee or greenfield area.

Awesome owner, mechanic and salesman!
My brother recommended this dealer to me since he has purchased cars from them in the past and told me they were a trusted dealership that sells cars at reasonable price. I fell in love with a little red 2007 Honda Accord they were selling on cars.com and after shopping around I kept coming back to this. They made it super easy to buy my first new car and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I mainly dealt with Rami and Keith and both were amazing; Rami clearly cares about the work he puts into the cars and Keith had good advice on much of the financial and was personable and easy to talk to. Since this dealership works with salvage cars (which can include the most minor of damage that they fix flawlessly) the prices are low and they're honest about what their cars has been through. TLDR - I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a (new to them) used car from honest people.
