I purchased a 2014 Porsche Cayman S from Auto Assets and dealt exclusively with Nathan. My entire experience was more than positive. It was nice to deal with one person that negotiated the sale smoothly and didn’t have to go back and forth with sales managers or other people behind a hidden curtain. He patiently answered my questions through email, text and then a walk through over the phone. He identified the limited imperfections and anything you would want to know purchasing a car 600 miles away. After the call pictures were sent so I knew exactly what I was buying. They worked with my local dealer to coordinate my local trade and the entire process was seamless. A conscious effort went into transferring both keys, books, original window sticker and service records. A nice touch was getting a pic of my soon to be delivered cayman up on the lift getting an oil change while it was awaiting transport. This is a seller that knows enthusiast and knows the little details matter. I am very happy with the Cayman and very happy with the purchase from Nathan and Auto Assets.

After looking for a week and dealing with several other dealerships we found our Q7 from Auto Assets on Autotrader. I contacted them through their website at 8pm and asked for a Facetime walk around the next morning. Nathan replied right away and asked if 10am the next morning sounded good. At 10am sharp he called my cell and told me it was ready. It was raining there, and he already had the car inside and dry. I'm no stranger to buying cars online, and you learn what to ask for after a few of them don't go your way. He understood that I lived 275 miles away and I wanted to be sure it was going to be worth taking a day off and driving 4.5 hours to see it. Nathan took as much time as it required to make sure I was satisfied with what I saw. He went over every ding/scratch/chip on every panel, under the hood, and every surface inside - and I asked him to not be afraid to show me the worst of every panel. By the end of the walk around I was convinced it was worth the drive down. Their pricing was very fair for what we were looking for right up front and didn't include any BS hidden fees. After learning our already good pre-approved finance rate, Nathan asked to see if he could do better. We didn't think he could do it, but sure enough he did. We drove down to find a very clean shop in a nice area of Columbus. The staff was all great and I was met and thanked by the owner Chip (and Jedah the dog!) for the business. The car presented as close to perfect as you'll get for a 40,000 mile car, and what wasn't perfect was pointed out and fixed ahead of time (some of it without us even asking them to) before we made the drive. The car was absolutely as advertised, and then some. After a quick spin we agreed to buy. Nathan had all the paperwork ready and clearly explained every page to us as we signed. The car is running great and there has been no issues so far with it. I have worked in the car parts industry for 15 years and with car dealerships every day. I can emphatically say that this independent shop has their act together from start to finish. It was as painless as it gets to buy a car from them. I absolutely will make the drive again to buy from them in the future. I now know that I will get exactly what I want, and nobody there is going to try and sneak anything by me. I have been searching for a specific high end vehicle for a long while. They responded quickly, and were very honest about the car. I had lots of questions which the answered and they walked around the entire car and took a picture of every little thing they could find. It ended up being too rough in my opinion to purchased, and there was complete understanding about it. They just wanted full disclosure before I was going to make a long trip to see it. I have them helping me with the search, and would be happy to work with them in the future. Its rare that you find dealers willing to respond quickly to emails, not bombard you with phone calls, and not act angry if you decided not to purchase.

I'm very pleased with my recent purchase from Auto Assets. My salesman was,Nathan.This was my 2nd purchase this year! My fist was a 2003 BMW 530. I then traded it in on a 2015,Silverado 8ooo mile,1 owner truck. Great deal Great service. Nathan was honest and thourh with helping me to acquire great financing. Would not hesitant to do it again,just not so soon!!!!

Auto Assets has been outstanding in repairs and servicing my 2009 Mini Cooper. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for almost 3 years for all my repairs and service. The Service writers Eddy and Matt are very detailed and communicate the status of repairs. I like the email estimate. Cars were in outstanding condition. Very laid back atmosphere. No pressure in the transaction. Pricing was very fair. Will definitely consider this dealership again in the future without reservation.

I looked at several vehicles. I was interested in 3 specific vehicles but I was given the opportunity to look at any car that caught my eye. It was cold and windy and Nathan stayed right with me and was knowledgeable with any vehicle on the lot to which I asked about. I saw a SUV that had just been prepped and was permitted to test drive it. Loved it but was more than what I came prepared to spend. Then I test drove the car I came to look at from the beginning. I was sold half way through the test drive. We came back, I told Nathan that I was going to sleep on it and would get back with him in a day or so. If someone came in and wanted to buy it before I got back with him, he had my blessing. I called back in 2-3 hours and told him I would take it. He asked for a deposit and I picked it up a few days later. I called and asked him if he could tint the windows. The car was ready completely when I came to pick it up. No pressure and after talking to him about their service I can rest easy knowing that what needs done will be done when I bring it in for service.

Chip at AA is a pretty cool guy. The cars on the lot are amazing, way beyond the usual used car lot. I was tempted to buy the CLK I was looking at just because of the experience. Chip knows his stuff and runs a great shop. The only reason I didn't buy from him is because I chose a different car that he didn't have available. I'll be looking him up for my next one.

Highly recommend! Recently traded in my A4 for an A8 with these guys. The buying process went very smoothly, no pressure on the sales side. Had a hiccup leaving with the car, one of the headlight stopped working as I was pulling out of the parking lot coupled with an issue with the hood latch. Headlights on these cars are not cheap to replace. These guys stepped up and made everything right making sure everything was fixed. I live in Dayton over an hour away, they drove the car to me after the car was fixed. Really impressed with their service. I worked with Rich, he's a class act. Next time I'm looking for a car, they'll be at the top of my list.
