Highly recommend! Recently traded in my A4 for an A8 with these guys. The buying process went very smoothly, no pressure on the sales side. Had a hiccup leaving with the car, one of the headlight stopped working as I was pulling out of the parking lot coupled with an issue with the hood latch. Headlights on these cars are not cheap to replace. These guys stepped up and made everything right making sure everything was fixed. I live in Dayton over an hour away, they drove the car to me after the car was fixed. Really impressed with their service. I worked with Rich, he's a class act. Next time I'm looking for a car, they'll be at the top of my list.

This is not your typical car buying experience. They are dedicated to making sure you don?t just like what you bought?.but make sure you LOVE it. Purchased a GTI from this dealership recently. Car was better than advertised. WAY better. It looked like it came out of the show room. Given that I live about 3 hours away, this was very helpful. They had all of the service documented on the car and were very transparent about its condition. One of the service personnel actually did a full under-carriage inspection with me! He put the car up on the lift and walked through everything with me. I am knowledgeable enough but no mechanic so it was certainly a huge help. To make a long story short, if you are in the market for a VW/Audi or whatever is on their lot, this is the guy you want to buy a car from. I seriously doubt you will find a better dealer anywhere.

Just bought my second Porsche and fourth car overall from Auto Assets. Great car, price and service. They know their Porsches and Audis.
