I've had great experiences already with both owner and staff. I especially appreciated the thorough and realistic conversations we had prior to my (pre-owned VW Passat) purchase. Since taking ownership, too, the owner in particular has proven to be a man of his word. These guys love cars. I highly recommend 'em.

Being a woman sometimes you feel like a car sales man will take advantage of you for what they think to be your lack of knowledge about cars, it was not this way for me at all at auto assets. I was more than impressed with Chip and his team, which felt more like a family. I knew walking out of there i got the best deal on a car that i can depend on. I felt like my dad was selling me a car, there where no pushy sales men calling all the time. I also feel very good that if anything ever does happen to my new saab that i can take it there for service and repairs and know again that i will not be getting ripped off. One of the best experience i have had with buying a car.

I am in the process or looking for a used vehicle for my son. I was driving by Auto Assets and decided to stop. Everyone was very helpful and they had a good selection or used vheicles.

Ive been dealing with Chip and Matt at AA since 2004. They have always been very helpful in helping me and my modified vw's. I work in the industry and know how hard it is to find people that go out of their way to help you out. I always get this at AA. I will continue to choose AA for my performance/repair needs.

We have been using Auto Assets for nearly 20 years at this point. And we found them quite be accident then! The staff, owner and mechanics have always treated us with the utmost care. Just as if we valued friends and family. I personally feel respected there and always much safer on the road because of their fine work. Everyone is always cognizant of our budget also. We have had 5 VW's over the years and they are the best and most honest repair shop we have been fortunate to have in our lives for the last 3 cars. And we keep our cars 10 years and generally hit 200,00 miles mostly Thanks to Auto Assets care. Thanks you so very much!

I have been an Auto Assets customer for 10 years. Both of the vehicles I currently own were purchased at Auto Assets. This is a testimony to the level of vehicle they sell because I am very picky! The thing I like most about my experience with them is they treat me like a human-being, not a sales number.

I've had the experience to buy and sell cars with this great group of people. They are open and honest about the cars they sell and apply no pressure to close a deal. I looked at and drove several cars over several months, each time welcomed back but with no pressure to buy. I have been in the Powell,Ohio area for 9 years and I have all three of my vehicles maintained at Auto Assets. The techs are highly trained,the management informed and the quality of service is unsurpassed. The oil service,not oil change,is the best in the area. Any questions you have will be answered by any of the knowledgable staff or management. All repairs are throughly explained before work commences. The building is clean and the staff friendly. Going in for repairs is never easy but this repair facility makes it economical and expedient.

I have traded a vehicle and purchased a vehicle from Auto Assets. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The trade in value was fair and the purchase price of the 'new' vehicle was below dealer asking price. Easy to negotiate with sales staff. The vehicle delivered on time and cleaned to perfection. I will purchase from Auto Assets again and continue to spread the word about this hidden gem of a dealer facility.
