Worse Dealer

I FLEW UP FROM N.C.TO PURCHASED A BENTLEY ,THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD AFER BUYING CARS FOR 40YEARS BACK WINDOW WOULDN'T WORK HEATER WOULD GET HOT I WAS TOLD THE WINDOW WAS PROBABLY DISCONNECTED IT WASN'T THE MOTOR WAS BAD !! OVERALL THEY TRY TO PUSH THE CAR OFF ON ME AS IF I SHOULD TAKE THERE WORD !! MY MONEY I AM SPENDING SALEMAN FINAL WORDS SOMEBODY WILL BUY IT AS A BAPTIST PASTOR I WANT FOLKS TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

Professional and Reasonable

I visited 4 different dealerships in NJ searching for a used vehicle and 3 of the places delivered the experience that I expected from Jersey used car buying (pushy, dishonest, etc), but not this place. The sales person was candid and good spirited and the manager, Bruce, was also a pleasure to deal with. I didn't find a better deal anywhere else in the area, but he still came down on the price and even waived the dealer fee after it was already pretty clear we had a deal (I'm pretty sure he knew he didn't have to do that, but did it anyway...reflects on how these people aren't just trying to grab every dollar they can). Best part is he wouldn't let me drive it off without having a local mechanic give it an oil change and look for anything that needed fixing. Real standup establishment.
