Lacks customer service and follow-up. Once these guys make a sale they are done with helping you and messed up my final pick up. I could not be more disappointed in this place

Worst dealership service department
I would literally give this dealership -5 stars if I could. My 2023 Kia Sportage barely had 3,000 miles on it before the check engine light came on two weeks ago. Took my car in and they are so under staffed that they couldn't even get around to look at my car until a few days after the drop off date. The air flaps on my sportage broke which apparently led to a bolt flying into the vent and getting stuck somewhere in my engine. They will not cover it under factory warranty because it is due to "outside influences" but I definitely see it being a flaw with how the car was made by the manufactures. I am having to pay 1,700 for something I had absolutely no control over. How am I supposed to stop things from flying in to the flaps going at a high speed on the highway? Even if I did pay them to fix my car, they don't have the parts to fix it and won't give me an estimated eta for the time my car will be fixed until I pay them. I know I am not the only one having this problem with the 2023 Kia Sportage. You all had one job.

DO NOT BUY FROM MIKE SHAW!!
Purchase order was signed, information was sent to the bank and insurance was purchased for a new 2022 Telluride. Mike Shaw decided to sell the car the next day because the buyer was financing through KIA. Very poor customer service and horrible business etiquette. They are in the business if screwing people, period
