My car was totaled and I could not find what I was looking for ( a station wagon). Brian and Austin really took the time to suggest other vehicles that would fit my needs. Between the two of them I found a vehicle that gave me everything I wanted at a payment I could afford! I am a female and they talked to me unlike some dealers who assumed that my husband was buying the car. I really do recommend them if you are undecided about buying a good used vehicle on a budget they really do care about their customers.

Sullivan's was recommended by a few friends so I was thrilled when they had the car I was looking for. The salesman, Brian Saunders, was friendly, patient and very helpful. He followed through on answering my questions and handling the details of fixing a few items on the car. Austin got us a great rate and super quick. He helped me figure out the bluetooth in my new car and was even very gracious when my husband accidentally broke his cookie jar. (lol). I was extremely pleased with the experience and we will definitely be doing more business in the future. The most comfortable car-buying experience I've ever had. Knowing the personal integrity of the sales team put us at ease as we had every assurance that we were being treated fairly and honestly. Brian Saunders showed great patience with us as we deliberated about a week to choose from among a handful of used vans, all of which were in very good condition.

The team at Sullivan Auto was great and after a long, exhaustive search across the whole state of VA (with multiple calls/emails from nearly a dozen other dealerships) we are thankful that we found this diamond in the rough! We traded in our truck and bought two cars; their team worked with us to help save us money and structured the deal in very efficient and timely manner. They beat 5 others on the truck's trade in value, and gave us a great deal that fit our tight budget. Brian also had the right balance of communication early on when I was juggling calls/emails to numerous other, closer dealerships, and when I assumed I was only going to buy from a major national/brand dealership. Brian and Will Sullivan, the sales manager, also added the right touch of relational involvement as well as personal expertise with the minivan that we ended up buying (compared to other dealers where the sales manager sits behind a curtain like the Wizard of Oz). So for my pregnant wife and I, it was big risk to drive 1.5hrs to Sullivan, but it was very, very well worth it! We highly recommend Sullivan Auto!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Sullivan Auto Trading Inc. Service was great. The vehicle we purchased had some small items that needed to be fixed. The items were fixed without question. Would buy another car from them.

We have been searching in Richmond VA area for a good used 4x4 for my sons to use for school and hunting but could not find a good mid-size truck at reasonable price. Expanded search to Fredericksburg and found a truck that fit the bill. Contacted them by email and Brian Saunders (salesman) replied almost immediately. Brian arranged appointment and followed up daily to confirm the truck was still available. We decided on a 2007 Chevy Colorado lifted 4x4 that my sparked my kid's attention. The sales process took less that 1 hour and we enjoyed a quick lunch while they completed the paperwork. Brian and the management team (Will and Austin) made the experience very enjoyable and pain free. I highly recommend Brian because he took the time to show us many trucks ( even FORD). He knew the history on each vehicle. They also negotiated on price which made us happy!! We did have a small issue on the ride home when the check engine light illuminated. I contacted Brian immediately and returned to the shop. It was diagnosed as a thermostat problem. The manager Will ordered the part immediately, without hesitation. The ride home was great! Smiling kids and a happy Mom & Dad!!!

So I did, expecting the worst situation and they made magic happen. New beginning because I was shifting 3 cars in my recent marital situation. Donald handled my car process, Will helped and I was comforted that they really are watching out for families, a real consumer. Every person that walked through those doors were treated equally with respect. Donald gave me options and a hopeful future for my crisis. Amazing overall, I purchased a better vehicle, higher value, and practically brand new. I have 3 kids and this vehicle was perfect for us. My son loves it and we are ready for our new adventures. I had purchased a vehicle from Sullivan's quite a few years ago. When shopping to replace that vehicle Sullivan's had just what I been looking for.
