***ALERT*** Stay away from this place. I bought a car with many issues that turned up even though it was priced as if it was on par with similar models of the same year (2020). Limited info on the Carfax report I found out after the fact. Needed new struts, belts, plugs, and clearly had an accident but somehow disclosed. These guys are shady at best, true used car salespeople. ***AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS***

This was my first time buying an AS IS used car from a dealer. Before this I bought 2 used cars from Facebook private sellers. Keep in mind this is a personal experience, I’m not a mechanic or an experience car’s buyer and I’m not trying to say buy it from them or not. I’m just sharing my experience. Also, I found this car after 2 weeks of many house of researching everywhere from Facebook, Offer up, Craigslist, Auto trader, Car guru, Auto sales, etc. PROS: -They let me took the car to a mechanic for an inspection (I did a pre purchase inspection). - They did replace the steering rack that they promised me they were going to change. - Based on the current market, price was fair at first impression. (Miles was 102k miles, which is not easy to find) - $500 off sale price CONS: - They delivered the vehicle to me with expired temporary tags - They forgot to include the new temporarily tags - They were continuously lying or giving me wrong information such as your title is on its way, the next day they were saying something different like it is going to take 7 days. - They promised me they were going to take the care to pass Maryland Safety Inspection but they did not do it. - I took care of the Maryland, the 1st time it failed (I spent around $500 just in parts taking care of everything and this is because my friend is a mechanic. (Remove rear window tint, replace wiper blades, replace caliper, rotor and breaking pads on rear passenger, and replace battery negative cable) * I will do an update of this review after I do the first oil change.

What a racket of place of business.
What a racket of place of business. Spoke to the manager and got the documents sent, drove 3.5 hours to finish the deal and they sold the car. Spoke to their Owner at 8:30 am, 30 minutes prior to the business opening and explained we were on our way, no issues, they looked forward to seeing us. Get a call back 1.5 hours later from the Manager claiming the vehicle was sold. We are probably better off if this is how they treat their customers or possible customers. Wouldn’t have expected this from a reputable business. Guess since we aren’t locals it doesn’t matter!

I inquired with Sullivan Auto Trading about a Honda Pilot I was interested in purchasing. All contact on their end took over 24 hours to respond back, but, they were responsive so I went ahead and started the purchase process online (I was buying out of state). They had me send photos of my trade, took all my information, RAN MY CREDIT, told me I was approved, had me send more info through email, etc. After Will told me I was approved, he said it was a brand new addition on the lot and had not gone through the shop yet. Ok, fair. Then...... nothing. So, I reached back out 2 days later to find out if it was ready for sale and was told the vehicle was already sold. Poor customer service and terrible communication. They SHOULD NOT be running peoples credit, approving people for a sale, and taking personal information if they do not intend to hold up on their end of the sale. If I could give negative stars I would.

Sullivan Auto Trading is a high-integrity family business, which is rare. The owners gave me a GREAT deal on a used Mazda 3 Preferred, well below Kelly Blue Book value. Financing was 2.5 points APR below my favored credit union rate. After test driving, the Sullivan team completed all sale processing on-line which only took about 45 min. Sullivan delivered my car to my home. It couldn't have been easier or more convenient! Sullivan's data analytics software researching comparable deals within 1,000 miles was amazing! I will be referring this dealership to all my friends and family, and I will be back for service as needed. This is an awesome dealership!!

Yes I bought a rav 4 2015 from thus place will Sullivan helped me it's beennover a year however I come in faithfully to get my oil changed and when I was sold the truck the tire pressure light was on I took it to them after I checked the tires they said it's 2 sensors it was 500.00 I said I wasn't paying so I told will he said he would take care of it so far has not anyway I went in there to tell them my maintenance light comes on every 3000 but the book says I can go 5000 or 75000 so I was gonna get the guy to shut it off the mechanic well he told me he didn't not know how to do it what the heck I had to do it so I did but a week b4 then I went in I was gonna get the oil changed but decided to wait a week I go back in there they tell me it's only by appt now I Said what hiw crazy is that u could have told me the week h4 u would have made an appt I was so mad plus I was thinking about buying another vehicle fir my granddaughter but I said the heck with them as long as I was going to them they couldn't tell people as of Jan. Its not by appt only so I don't beef them I'll take my business elsewhere.

Lies. Horrible people.
Came from outta town to Buy a mercedes. They swore up and down the car had no issues before i came. I test drove it and it was shifting wierd in sport mode. I brought it up to them and they all looked at me like i was crazy. They went and drove it and said it was fine. They had good ratings and the uber driver who took me there from the train said they were good so i just trusted them; i shouldve trusted my gut instead. The car was already overpriced yet they were so hesitant to lower it when i asked. These guys full of crap. They gave me a 30 day warranty and mentioned that. But didnt mention it was limited to 1000 miles. Which was roughly how many miles it took me to drive it home. Granted i shouldve did more due dilligence and not given them the benefit of the doubt. Theyre still horrible people and couldve just been honest so i could buy the extended warranty and cancel it after getting everything fixed. Screw these guys.

These guys full of it. Came from outta state to buy a car. They swore up and down it had no issues. I saw they had good reviews and the uber that drove me there from the train station said they are good. So i had my guard down. I test drove it and noticed when in sport mode, the car had problems shifting. Mentioned it to them and they all looked at me like i was crazy. They went and drove it and said it was fine. Gave them the benefit of the doubt; shouldnt have. They gave a warranty that conveniently only lasted the amount of miles it took for me to drive it back home. They were hesitant to drop the price when i asked. And here I am with stuck with whatever this repair is just 1 week from purchasing it. They act like they care but they dont.
