Was told vehicle would pass inspection after a multipoint inspection was done then comes back and says oh it needs back brakes , told me my sticker was not being removed since I had a whole month to go but then puts rejection on it anyway! This place has gone downhill and not just because of this but other issues as well . Liars

Sales Manager lied about state of VA “mandated” fees. Acted as if he knocked a few hundred off truck, then lied about cost of VA fees.

I spoke to the salesperson at least 3 times about the condition of a car because it was a 3 hour drive to see it. He said the car was in showroom perfect condition. It was a 2008 and he said you feel like you're in 2008 when they built the car. I drove the 3 hours, looked at the car and commented about the scratches and imperfections and he said oh yes I agree with and I went immediately back. Horrible and disappointed I was lied to.

These folks are honest, forthright and true to their word. They fixed multiple items on my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and honored the warranty on the vehicle; to my surprise, they also addressed extra items at no charge, after thoroughly inspecting the vehicle to ensure it was satisfactory for redelivery. Excellent customer-focused service.

Worse Car Buying Experience... ever. Add $6K for a new transmission driving their product home (part of the "warranty"). Fortunately, word-of-mouth, these reviews and blacklists have more than compensated for my unfortunate experience...

This was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had at an auto dealer. We got a great vehicle at a fair price, fair deal for our trade, and an overall good experience. The folks at Sullivan were professional, friendly and honest; none of the games and other xx that you find at most dealers. We will go back to Sullivan when we need another vehicle.

Had a great experience purchasing a custom built Jeep Wrangler from Scott Riley at Sullivan Auto Trading. I have been building Jeeps for years and this one is by far the my favorite and easily the best deal. I have enjoyed doing my own work on jeeps for years but this great setup was too good to pass up and will save my knuckles from the abuse! Great buying experience. Honest and transparent approach throughout the buying process.

Owes to top heavy on my car so they couldn't do anything for me. He said that he just could not do anything for me at this time maybe later on.

Sullivan’s made the buying experience easy and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a used vehicle.
