Great buying experience!
I had been shopping for a new car on the internet for about a week and my experience with another dealer was worse than poor. I contacted Al Packer's Steve Lefko on the Al Packer website and within 5 hours we were leaving the dealership with the car we wanted. Great response from Steve and his team to get done what was not really an easy deal. Will use Al Packer again without question if and when we have another new car need. Thanks for treating me like a customer not like a shopping inquire. M. Back

Easy, no-pressure buying experience
After my dad bought an F-150 from Steve Lefko at Al Packer, I contacted him to find something for myself. I'm a car guy, so I did thorough research and worked with Steve on inventory and pricing questions. At no point was I pressured to come into the dealer nor was I pushed to buy something out of my price range. When I found what I wanted, Steve had me in and out of the dealer in under 2 hours. I had a fantastic experience and will be going back to Steve again for future buying needs.

I was having some problems with the PTU on my 2013 Edge. The unit was replaced under the power train warantey and I was provided a rental all at no cost to me. The repair was done quickly, was ready on time, and corrected the issue I was having. I can highly recommend Al Packer Ford and Chris Kleinsmith.

My wife and I were looking for a Ford F150
Our line experience was a little disappointing the truck we were looking for appeared on the cite however when we went to the actual dealership they didn't have everything that depicted on the photo. i.e. Truck cover, and mileage was incorrect. But we did get the truck we wanted.

Great experience
Great experience! The sales person that worked with me was Jamal, and he made the process really comfortable. At no point did I feel like I was just a sale to him, he genuinely wanted to find the right car for me. When I walked in to the dealership, I didn't have a clear idea what I wanted and he spent a lot of time getting me in different vehicles so I could find exactly what I wanted! I left there with a 2017 Ford Escape and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and that it was with Al Packer Ford!

Review: Al PAcker Service and Aaron Younger
I took my 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium in for Factory Service of replacing the door lock mechanisms. I have dealt with Arron Younger a number of times at Al Packer's White Marsh Ford over a period of eight months now. Aaron Younger has always exceeded my expectations, which are high (since I like everything exactly right on my vehicles, house, etc.), on all my interactions with him. He keeps me informed as the service moves along, he listens to what I need/want and then provides that service in a timely fashion at what I find to be a very reasonable cost; if there is a cost associated with the service. Aaron has yet to disappoint me in his performance. I go to Al Packer's Ford because I trust and like working with Aaron Younger. He is a straight shooter who does not try to sell you stuff that is not needed or wanted and you get your vehicle back, cleaned up, washed up and in great shape. I prefer to have service on my Fusion done at a Dealer (I know it is probably a bit more expensive) working with an excellent Service person (i.e. Aaron Younger) because: the technicians service these vehicles all day long, all year long, etc., they have parts in stock or can get them quickly from another dealer or shipped in quickly, there will be no question that you did not void any warranty, and I work with Aaron Younger whom I trust not to rip me off, to take of my vehicle and return it in great shape. When I need a new vehicle, hopefully not for some time yet, I will have Aaron Younger refer me to the best Sales person he thinks can work me at Al Packer Ford. I also am impressed that Aaron Younger answers all of many questions (and I ask a lot) in a professional manner and will find out the answer to questions if he does not know the answer and let me know. I will continue to go to Al Packer's Ford while working with Aaron Younger. Dr. Ron B.
