Very helpful getting first time car

Fabian was very helpful and gave us a good price on our new car. they were thorough and gave many options on their inventory to help ease the buying process,

They will work with you to make it the best buy!

The guys at Cars R Us were amazing! Not only did they get me in right away for a test drive, they worked with me to make the sell fit my life and finances. So polite and helpful, definitely recommend if you're shopping on a budget!

great price low miles

from the moment i drove into the parking lot Fabian Reyes met and greeted me with hospitality and now i am driving off the lot with my BMW X1

got a great used car with really low miles. almost painless. process took less time then i expected and the dealer understood my wants and concerns

RUN !!!!

This is the worst place to buy a Veichle . The sell you crappy veichles that they stick a bandaid on to get you into it and after 30 days your screwed . The salesman names Eric will lie you to you like he is telling you the weather and he has no care in the world what kind of crappy veichle he is putting you in . Take my advice and run !

Good process overall. Great Customer service, good negotiations, friendly personnel. Everything went smoothly. Fabian did an awesome job! He was responsive and easily accessible. I would recommend to friends and family.

Scam artists! Take your money elsewhere!

They tried to sell me a damaged vehicle. Even the owner was surprised by the low price his salesman offered me for a truck. I asked repeatedly for the car fax and he kept delaying it until right before I signed the contact and low and behold it’s been in multiple accidents with multiple owners! The finance guy was like, wow, that explains the low price. Not surprised at all when I requested to cancel. The sales guy was visibly upset and I hightailed it out of there. Do not go here!

Tacomamom, as we told you when you found the truck; tucked away, being aired out after a detail. That unit had JUST arrived to our dealership and still hadn't been inspected or serviced for sale. There was no way the salesman knew about the Carfax or previous accidents as the unit still has not been listed on our website where our salespeople get the Carfax from. I am the only one that could get a Carfax for you and did as soon as you asked. Once I saw the report I knew you would most likely back out of the deal but still showed it to you and did not try to hide any of it. Understandably, you no longer wanted the vehicle and we immediately refunded the deposit, that was the end of it. I'm not sure what part of this warrants a poor review? The salesman was visibly upset because he spent hours showing you a car before that one and more time on the second vehicle. You understand he only makes money when he sells a vehicle right? The Carfax was a surprise and disappointed all of us, not just you. I hope you understand being a car dealer is not easy and we are constantly fighting preconceived notions of people thinking we are trying to "scam" them or that we have thousands of dollars of profit to negotiate in our prices. You are a very nice lady and I thought we treated you very respectfully and transparency. Normally I would pull my sales person aside and go over the review with him to find out what we could improve but being there myself and knowing he did nothing wrong, I don't want to bring up this marathon of a car deal and disappoint him again. Don't get fooled!

I went in to buy a VW. It had holes, rips in interior. Outside was scratched and the photos online were obviously manipulated. After a long time in the office, the told me they couldn't get me financed. The car was less than 7,000. A week later I get a letter from the credit union telling me they could not approve my loan request of $15,000. When I called to inquire why they asked for a loan double what the car was, no one could or would explain it. Highly deceptive practices. I have turned over to the Attorney General.

Hi Andrea, this does not sound like something we would do as there is no reason to do it. Our cars may not all be perfect but that's why they're cheaper. We make sure they are mechanically sound but don't always fix everything cosmetically. I don't see any record of us working a deal for anyone named Andrea in the last year. WORST PLACE EVER

HORRIBLE!!!!! photos appear photoshopped went there to look any of 4 cars all had scratches or broken pieces on the exterior. Interior was even worse, looked unclean with cigarette holes everywhere and mold inside! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND would give 0 stars!
