Just purchased a new Ford Maverick Hybrid truck from Fair

Just purchased a new Ford Maverick Hybrid truck from Fair Oaks Ford. These trucks are hard to find and the sales team member, Xavier Crump reached out to us immediately when it was available. Xavier worked quicker than any auto sales person I have ever worked with before and had incredible communication throughout to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. Buying a new car can be stressful and frustrating, but this was easily the best experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Xavier Crump and hope to work with him again in the future.

Rude uncaring service department

I took my Fusion to Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville for an oil change and was told that there was a brake hose recall, but that if they did that work, they might break a part that would take them five weeks to get. So if I didn’t want to be without my car for five weeks, it was suggested that I skip this recall, which is what I did. A dealership that truly cared would have offered to get the part that might break and then call me to re-schedule, but that wasn’t an option for me. When I picked up my car, the service ticket stated that the recall had been done, which, I was informed, was not the case. Not wanting Ford’s records to incorrectly show a recall had been done, I asked them to correct the ticket. This led to a series of phone calls, three different stories about how to correct Ford’s records, and much of my time spent dealing with this matter--a process which is still ongoing for me. The bottom line of my experience with this dealership is that if you are looking for a service department that doesn’t care about you or your car, that will tell you a different story every time you talk with them, and that will treat you in a rude, unapologetic and indifferent manner, Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville is the service department for you.

This is the 5th new car that I have bought from Fair Oaks

This is the 5th new car that I have bought from Fair Oaks during the past 22 years …always a great experience! I stoped by last week on an information gathering mission and ended up leaving with a great new Ford. Service work at Fair Oaks over the years has also always been a great experience!
