HEED THIS WARNING
BUYER BEWARE! I contacted Marietta Auto sales about one of their vehicles, but told their representative what our budget for the car was. He assured me that the discount I requested would not be an issue, so we drove almost three hours to Marietta purchase the vehicle. When we arrived, the salesman described a "Three In One" insurance program against theft, dings and interior damage for $600, and assured us that it was being sold at their cost. Nevertheless, we indicated that we would not be interested. Because the vehicle was out of warranty, we took it for a third party mechanic's inspection at our expense. It passed the test, so we agreed to purchase the vehicle. After waiting for about 45 minutes for the paperwork to be finalized, we noticed that the final price included that $600 "insurance" coverage. We again said that we had no interest, but were told that we were compelled to purchase it. We again declined, and a manager was brought over. We repeatedly asked why this company was requiring us to purchase insurance we did not want if it was being offered at their cost. We never received an answer, but were simply told that it was required!!! Since we were now being forced to pay more than we had ever agreed for the vehicle, we refused to proceed. Just another day for this dealer, but a full day of driving and the cost of a vehicle inspection for us. Notwithstanding the friendly faces that greet you at this dealership, I will state without qualification that this is an utterly disreputable organization. Should you choose to do business with them, you should at the least be aware that you will be forced to shell out $600 more than you had planned for some short term insurance coverage that you will probably never use. I am sure they adhere to the P.T Barnum philosophy that there is a sucker born every minute, and they are probably correct.

Terrible customer service, and a shady company
Purchased a vehicle from this company. Terrible customer service! Went back on forth trying to get a price we both agreed on. At the end, management was fighting over $170 difference, for a $80,000 vehicle. While test driving, my wife and 1 yr old stayed behind. In that time a gang entered inside the dealership making threats to everyone inside. Office staff had to put my wife under a desk, and my child in a money safe for protection. After all this they still fought over $170. Once purchased, they wouldn’t even fill the gas tank of for us. Only reason I bought from them is no one else had this vehicle available. Once we got the vehicle home the air conditioner quit working, and exterior mirrors don’t work. This is after they said it was thoroughly inspected. We purchased the extended warranty they offer through the dealership for $3000. When we went to use it for the AC, they said we weren’t in the system. Dealership said even though we paid the $3000 it would take 30-45 days for us to be able to use the warranty. Complete waste of money, do not purchase a warranty through them. Called the dealership to see if they could do something. I was told they’re not responsible for anything, once it leaves the lot. After multiple phone calls I was told they would look at possibly fixing some of the items if I drove 5 hrs back to them, and erase my bad reviews. Taking the vehicle back to them would require me to miss work, pay for gas, hotel rooms for multiple nights, and exposing my wife and child to the place their life was in danger once again. If your looking for a dealership that is honest, and provides any customer service, this is not your place.

THEY SUCK
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!! BBB RATING is D- without customer reviews. This was the worst experience i have ever had shopping for a car. The sales team was rude and they didn't provide any type of service to help anyone. The cars that they have listed on the site they do not have on their lot. I had an appointment scheduled and after driving 45 minutes prior to calling the car was mysteriously sold. I called 1 hour before arriving and was not even told the car wasn't there. The management team SUCKS!!!! I will never give them a dime that i have

They don't want to sell me a car
Tried to buy a car from them, cash money. They won't call me back. Been trying to reach them for two days. I guess I'll just buy from an individual.

Can't seem to get anyone to respond
Looked at a car. It was a bit higher priced than what I had decided to spend, but I liked it. I sent them an offer on the car, but no one will respond and the salesman I dealt with won't return calls or emails. My offer wasn't what they were asking, but I don't think it was insulting. Not sure why they won't at least respond with a "no" or a counter. I found a similar car from a private buyer. They have a beautiful place though, and their cars look pretty solid.

Run AWAY
Please read you should run away from Marietta Auto !! I would like to start by saying everyone was very friendly and helpful. The glove box was broken and they agreed to order a new one. After I purchased the vehicle the salesman kept asking if I did the Google review while I was still waiting for my car. I was reluctant, but went ahead a did a quick review. However, it has been a week and this is my new review. With that being said I would never recommend Marietta Auto Sales ! I bought a car from them on Nov 23 2018. I drove it home to Chattanooga . The next morning I get in it and the due for service light comes on and check coolant light. Keep in mind I was told the car had been fully serviced and check out completely. I texted the very nice guy that sold me the car and literally got the cold shoulder. A few days later I was looking to check the oil just to make sure things were okay and I found that the dip stick was broken off it the hole. I instantly called Marietta Auto sales and asked for the Manager, whom was not available. I texted my sales man and to my surprise, he told me I should have check all that out when I bought the car and I should have told them if the dip stick was broken before I purchased the car. I explained I had no reason to check for a broken off dip stick. I was told it had a complete service or they would not have been able to sale it. He also stated that their cars are "as is" and that I will have to deal with it on my own. The agreed to fix the glove box and that was expense enough. He also suggested that I could have broken the dip stick and there is no way to know if it was like that at the dealer. He also said it was not the dealers problem that the car was due for service because the day I purchased the vehicle it was not calling for service, it was not their problem it needed service the very next day, cause it didn't require it just the day before when it was purchased. If that even makes since. After several back and forth text I asking him if that was the official response of Marrietta Auto and he responded YES! Which, I have copy of our texts..... For that reason, I would never buy another car from Marietta Auto and if you must purchase from them I would make sure you check ever cap, every screw, and every hose, cause once you drive away its your problem!! Their words not mine ! UPDATE>>>>>>>>> Toby, Thank you for the reply, However I have tried to contact you several time and I have left MSG for you on Nov 1 and Nov 5. Each time I am told you are busy by the person that answers the phone, they take my name and number, but I get no return call. That alone tells me what degree of concern you have! Even Chris the salesman was suppose to get the answers to my questions 3 days ago and still no response.. You have my contact info if you are truly "concerned after the sale as we were before the sale" you would have returned my calls ! Update 2--------> Spoke with Toby and he promised to reimburse me for the repairs and he would set up an appointment to have my glove box installed here in town to make it more convenient for me, However, I have not had any follow up in over a week. On top of that I took the car for emissions so I could get my tag and it FAILED !!! At this point, I own a car that I can not even get a tag for, so at this point I am at a complete loss and I will be contacting my lender since Marietta Auto is one of there platinum dealers.. I am just amazed and shock that they would sell a vehicle that you can not even get tagged !!!! I have called and left TOBY a msg, Let's see if Marietta Auto stands behind their car.... Update 3---------> as expected empty promise...... So its been about 7 months since I purchased my car from Marietta Auto and I can say that it is the absolute worse decision I ever made. These people are crooks! The only promise they followed through on was mailing me my glove box, no install of the box, no refund. Almost 8k so far in repairs

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My husband and I were going to co-sign a loan for our daughter in law and she came to this dealer on Friday May 31 to purchase a 2012 Cadillac SRX. She was trading in her 2013 BMW X3 28i drive. She talked to 2 different salespersons, was upfront with them as to her budget, her down payment amount, the fact that her negative equity on her BMW would need to be rolled into a new loan, etc. The salespeople assured her that this would be no problem! They then proceeded to keep her at the dealership for 4 hours attempting to close the deal. As they were about to close, after running her credit and ours, they came back and said that they could not roll her negative equity over into her loan and that she now needed to put down an additional $4500. When she said that was impossible, she was told to “just ask your in laws to pay it for you.” The salesman proceeded to tell her that she simply “had” to buy a car from them because her BMW was going to “ruin her life” if she kept it, and then he tried to get her to buy a higher priced vehicle that was out of her price range. She left there angry and feeling like she had been lied to and strung along. I called the dealership this morning at 9:15 to speak to the sales manager and to complain as to the way my daughter in law was treated. The receptionist took my name and number ( I live in Indiana) and assured me that I would be called back in “10-15 minutes”. An hour later and still no call back! I called them again and spoke with the Manager Toby who acted like he wasn’t fully aware of the entire situation, but he listened and assured me that he would get to the bottom of it and call me back either by 11:30 am or by 3:00 pm. It is now 8 pm and do you think I ever got that call from Toby... NO I didn’t! I had told him this morning that I didn’t appreciate being told I would receive a call back and then basically being dismissed. He agreed and stated, “ if we say we are going to call, then we need to call.” Obviously he doesn’t practice what he preaches! Bottom line is, my daughter in law and I were both lied to and jerked around. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau on Monday! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Sold me a car with the brakes backwards
NEVER MAKING THIS MISTAKE AGAIN! All looked great until I took it in for the first check up. Brakes were put on BACKWARDS - $1,200 to fix, rotar damaged because of the brakes backwards, and pins were missing! Meanwhile I have been driving around my family and thought all would be fine. Now it's on me (even with their warranty that covers nothing - IE covers the engine but still charge for a check engine light check) to pay thousands to fix their mistakes and the comment from Toby the GM was "you purchase a used car, it's going to cost money to fix." Not to mention pans from the bottom of the car missing. I will never make this mistake again, PLEASE be careful if you purchase from here.

BUYERS BEWARE
Buyers Beware! PLEASE HAVE A MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR YOUR WANTING IF YOU WANT TO BUY FROM THEM, I SUGGEST YOU BUY ELSE WHERE. Here’s my story with with this Dealership...... March 23rd 2019, I called and talked to a Alexus who helped me with a car I was looking at, I live in Mississippi and it’s 4.5-5 hour drive 1 way, so wanted to make sure car checked before making this journey. The car I called about and ended up Buying was BMW 335i Convertible. I already had looked at CARFAX, so wanted more info and walk around. She was nice on phone walked around car told me about everything I needed to know. Then told her was a cash deal, my bank is not open and could I use personal check, she stated that they don’t take out of state checks and I could debit card or they could wire transfer. No problem. Paid a 500.00 deposit on car over phone and made appt for next day to pick up. Alexus said she was excited to meet me. March 24th My appt time was 2pm. Drove from MS this dealership, since I paid deposit, said was paying cash. I expected to my car up front clean, detailed and ready to go. Should be in and out in 10 min. Very wrong........ Alexus isn’t there, at that moument no biggie someone will take care of me, so sales guy 1 got me, said he would be right back was gonna get car for me, 20 min later he comes up to me says hey man sorry keys were misplaced. Says checked out to photographer.... weird since I had car checked over phone and she had keys and paid deposit why is it showing checked out? So probley an hour passes by there still looking, I walk up to guy named Brandon and said hey Alexus was on phone with me yesterday, she has keys yesterday, she isn’t here why not call her and see where she put them. Never got response from her they said. So after another hour of them looking they said they called a guy to come to make a key. Ok great! So sales guy dealing with #4 made paperwork up, meet the finance lady, which by the way I give her 5 stars she is sweet and understood my frustrations and wasn’t happy herself how this whole thing has went down. Then to find out she preferred check that is was the correct way to do it, well didn’t bring check since was told no they can’t. Anyways on this part it got handled finally. But the fact there people don’t know how this works shouldn’t be talking to customers if they don’t know how business works. I left there I think was around 730pm that night. Finally 2 key guys later I have keys and I can finally leave. He starts the mechanical problems Leave dealership they’re closed they close at 6pm I get down road smell kinda burnt smell , I assume hey they cleaned engine maybe just smells from cleaner burner off, get 38 miles down road, I have to pull in to service station, check engine light on. There was no coolant in car, ended up being busted reservoir, had to have towed, back to dealership, 330.00 tow bill NOT HAPPY! Left message on machine hey car is being towed back to you cause is broke down. March 25th Get home around 3am central time. I set my alarm for 7:30am central time so I can call them at 8:30 there time. Ask for a manger, I get there in meeting.... and said would take a message and have them call me back. Really I think this trumps that, but I said ok, I called back 2nd around 10:30. Still meeting...... 12:30 I call back still meeting, I loose it, cussed, and was loud I wanted a manager! That is a shame I have to act like that to get service. Btw the car is still at there front gate no one cared to listen to message or handle this situation. Finally after GM finally spoke to me, I went from berg beginning about how this horrible deal went and now having to deal with this. Said he would have car Taken to BMW and have them personally check car out and fix it. And check everything else over. Since they say they do a 128 or something like that check list on cars. THAT IS A LIE! How do you not know there isn’t coolant!? So I said great that would make me happy

Great Experience
Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, of course the normal haggling but nothing overbearing. My salesperson, Jeremy Bass was AMAZING! I felt no pressure and was allowed to make my own choices. I went in at 9 am and had my car by 12 noon.
