DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! This was the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. There is no customer service and this place is very unorganized. We test drove a car, mind you it may not have been their top dollar car, but none the less, it was a car they were selling and should have been treated ths way. The salesman that was assigned to us, was too busy to go on the test drive with us so someone else went, while we were driving the car, the ALERT light was on telling us to top the coolant off asap. We emntioned this to the salesperson, once he came over and he brushe it off saying, "oh, probably just needs coolant, don't worry anbout it". This irritated us and we promptly asked for a new sales person. We were told that it would be looked at and corrected - we agree to buy the car. The loan was thru a credit union which requires a picture of the title, this took the dealership almost 6 days to produce. We were finally able to get the loan approved because of this and I asked the Finance manager - Travis- 3 times if they had a red bow because this purchase was for my 16 yeard olds birthday and we wanted to make it special- he assured me they did, until the day we were going to bring her up to take the picture, he then tells me it was misplaced. The incorrect paperwork was sent several times for signature, we finally ended up just going into the facility to sign which also took 2 times of signing to get ocrrect. We now have the car home and the light - "please add coolant asap" pops up again, we took it to a mevhanic and it is a leak under the intake manifold, which is not cheap and WAS NOT corrected when we were told it would be. They basically topped off the coolant and left it as it and now will not cover the repair. I understand when buying a used car, not everything will be perfect and new, but when something is uncovered during a test drive and youa re told it will be corrected, I would think that is what was done! Was not, exactly how the first salesperson treated ir, is how they as a dealership handeled it! When we called to let them know, they werev ery rude and spoke to us as it was a street deal done and not at a reputable comapny - their customer service speaks for themselves- This establishment is not reputable and you should not purchase a car here!

Thaddious was my salesman at Autonomous.

Thaddious was my salesman at Autonomous. Let’s just say that he was very knowledgeable and prompt to say the least!! His customer service was amazing, he was honest and straight from the beginning of the sale to the end of the sale! The facility was nice and clean and everyone there were very friendly. Satisfied customer here!!!!!

This dealership took my money for a car on April 15th,

This dealership took my money for a car on April 15th, 2024. After not hearing from them for a week after I signed paperwork I called back to find out that the manager that I was dealing with was fired. The new manager that took over was very helpful. He told me that they didn’t have all the paperwork signed that was needed so he sent me over new paperwork to sign. After that they were going to ship the vehicle. A week later the vehicle hadn’t shipped and we asked for a refund of car and warranty monies. They said yes and said they would process it right away. The car then appeared for sale on the internet that weekend. It has now been a week later and they have not refunded any of the monies and the new manager I’ve been working with just quit. Stay away from this dealership. I’m looking into any oversight or regulation that they have as I believe what they are doing should have legal ramifications. It’s dealerships like this that give anyone in the car business a bad reputation.

Very friendly, helpful. Vehicle was as advertised. Internet purchase, Chevy Colorado was perfect and drove flawlessly back from Marietta to Pensacola .
