    Great interaction with Mo our salesman. He worked with us over 3 different visits to try and retried several different cars. We ultimately found the... right car for. He gave us a fair trade-in for our car and great price on the car we bought. We’re very happy with our “new to us” car!! Clean Carfax and low mileage were keys also. No arm twisting over price or warranties, etc. Check on mats, keys included prior to the financing step because the cars are AS-IS so know what you are buying.

    I purchased a used SUV last year and immediately had to replace the transmission. When I returned to them in an attempt to resolve issues, they demonstrated... how they "reprogrammed" the vehicle to hide the problem. When I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in December of 2017, they actually uploaded a document, a "disclaimer of prior damage", that listed another buyer's info but had my forged signature on it. They attempted to cover up their fraud. Avoid this dealer and their shady practices at all cost.

    WOMEN/ELDERLY/DISABLED BEWARE! Always go to a brand dealership or carmax.My first thought driving up was: these types of car lots are for people with bad... credit, 1st red flag. Found this Honda CRV for a great price online for my elderly disabled mom. 2nd red flag: rust where missing center cap on tire was. I knew I had heard this was a sign of flooding but we were reassured by the salesman and promised a cap replacement. Few days after purchase tire pressure warning on, 2 tire specialists say the tires are dry rotted due to flooding or sitting a long time. Contact with anyone other than sales is IMPOSSIBLE after purchase. I called/left Web msgs for a week. This is never an issue with a legitimate dealership. The good tire tread shown by the salesman was a factor in my mom's decision to buy. We asked for the faulty tires to be replaced. The salesman spoke with management and informed us of the outcome... NO, and that the car was sold as is. I was told my mom has to buy the missing center cap as well. I signed most of the paperwork due to my mom being too tired. Hope we can take them to court.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have beautiful cars, expensive cars, Rolls Royce’s, Mercedes, Corvettes, etc. You get it, expensive cars, they... aren’t a rinky dinky place, but my God is their service just awful. For the love of God take your business elsewhere. These people only care about making sales, nothing else. They will slap a band aid on a car to temporarily fix its problem, and as soon as you leave the lot and inform them of the troubles the car is presenting, they turn a blind eye. My husband and I purchased a 2011 Suburu WRX from this dealership that literally went to crap not even an hour after we purchased it. We drove about 5-6 hours from Panama City Beach, FL to Marietta, GA. Once we arrived my husband test drove the car with the salesman, Greg, and it ran just fine and my husband was sold. The process to sign all of the financing paper work took sometime, which is expected, but by the time we finished it was about 5pm and we had another 5-6 hours left on the road to make it back to Panama City Beach. Before we started our way back home, we stopped at the gas station to fill up both cars, my husband was unable to get the WRX to back up, he thought it was himself since this was the first time he’d ever owned a manual car and he wasn’t too comfortable driving one, so he didn’t think too much of it, but he did call the dealership that same evening within hours of our departure and notified them of what was happening. The dealership just kept telling us to take the car to a Subaru dealership because our warranty should cover any issues the car is having. So we take the car to a Suburu dealership and guess what we find out....the entire clutch system is garbage and it all has to be replaced AND the warranty doesn’t cover it because it is a PRE-EXISTING condition. That means we are left with $2000 worth of repairs and Marietta Auto Sales told us it wasn’t their problem. Marietta Auto Sales, sold us a car that they advertised to us as having NO mechanical issues, when in fact the most important component of the vehicle was trashed. It isn’t right and it isn’t fair. Not to mention their managers are a bunch of little xxxxxxx who have no regard for their clients and send their sales people to do all of their little dirty work. My husband perhaps called about 50 times during this entire ordeal trying to speak to a manager and was only being sent over to a voicemail or either sent to speak with Greg, our salesman. Here’s what their lovely salesman Greg had to say about the situation: It takes two. It’s both of our faults. It’s like having a baby, it takes two to have a baby. And that was that. We were being blamed for purchasing a vehicle we believed to be in perfect condition, because they advertised it as such. They didn’t say the car had any mechanical issues, had they done so then this would all be a different story. It is absolutely ridiculous to throw the blame on us when we thought we were purchasing a car that had no mechanical issues, BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SAY THE CAR HAD ANY ISSUES. Mind you this entire time that we’ve called to speak with a manager, Greg is the only one they put on the phone and he keeps assuring us that the general manager will call us back. Fast forward to a week of trying to reach the general manager, we finally get to speak to him, NOT because he called us, but because he magically answered the phone. He tells us that he hasn’t heard anything about this situation and honestly it’s just a load of crap. Essentially we are on our own, they do not care, and they have made that perfectly clear. Stay away from this place. Save your money. You’re better off going elsewhere.

    It's unfortunate you can't give ZERO stars, because that's what they deserve. Extremely dishonest dealership. I can't stress enough how bad they are and... how dishonest they are. Terrible service, terrible follow up and they will lie about anything to make the sale, then leave you in the lurch. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You have been warned. My experience with them; I live in out of state and was searching for a specific vehicle (BMW Z4) and found one that was being sold by Marietta Auto Sales, in Marietta, GA. I called and spoke with the sales person (Tripp Tripplett) to ask about the condition of the car. Tripp assured me that 1) The car was in excellent cosmetic condition, with very few signs of wear and tear and 2) The car was in excellent mechanical condition, with no defects, or anything that would prevent it from being inspectable. After negotiations I made the purchase and arranged to have the car shipped to me. When I received the car I was completely dismayed at the condition of the vehicle. The car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Tripp said they would be detailing the car before it was sent and obviously they didn't. The seats were stained with grease, the carpets were filthy and the plastics inside the car were so dirty I could scrape grime off with my finger. Also the interior and exterior had a bunch of cosmetic issues. 1) Many of the interior plastics were broken, or missing 2)The carpet for the passenger side was missing 3)There was damage to both interior door panels and 4) The rear bumper was falling off (appears there was some type of damage that was never properly fixed). However, worse than the interior / cosmetic issues was the mechanical issues the car had. When I got the car off the delivery truck and started driving home I noticed the "airbag malfunction" light was on and then almost immediately the low coolant light came on. I took the car to the garage the next day and they said it wasn't safe to drive because the rear suspension was completely gone and the front struts / bearings were shot (and it needed two new tires). In addition to all of that, there is a leak in the coolant system that now needs to be chased down and fixed and the front passenger headlight / directional was broken. To get the car to be roadworthy I had to spend over $1500 in repairs, with more money needed to spend to fix the passenger airbag and coolant system. I called Marietta and they have spent over 6 weeks giving me the run around, all the while assuring me someone would "Call me back" and "make it right". I have spoken with no less than 4 people who never call me back (Tripp, Delon, Cedric, Derrick etc). They obviously hope this goes away. They refuse to provide the name of the dealership owner (I am sure this isn't the first time someone has been scammed by them) and they will lie and say they are "in meetings" to avoid your calls. If you have interest in doing business with an honest dealership, RUN far away from Marietta Auto Sales. They are a typical churn and burn operation that will scam you and leave you hanging with a lemon. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
