I didn't buy my vehicle there, so I can't comment on their sales team. I did contact them for service on my vehicle. My Jeep came with locking wheel bolts, but I didn't have the key and inquired as to whether they could remove the bolts and replace them with non-locking ones or order a new key for me. Their service department told me they "aren't a tire shop", that I should "just call Les Schwab", and that if they could order new tire lock keys, "Everyone would do it and just steal all the tires." Do better Lithia! And yes, Les Schwab was happy to help me.

During our latest visit we were quoted a price when we picked up the ca car the priced had increased by $190.00. Parts, service, fixed operations fumbled the ball!
I am sorry to report that Lithia Motors gets my award for the worst automotive service I have seen in many years. In early December, 2022 I had a non-working key fob for my Dodge and ordered a new one from your parts dept…approx $245. Never told that there would be a charge of $185 to change the computer code in the car nor that it would be necessary to actually have the car there instead of the other key fob. Original invoice number:122076 It took 6 weeks to get the fob and I only found out by calling repeatedly…Never notified by parts even though you had all my contact info. So for starters, parts dropped the ball. My wife took the car in to have it reprogrammed and left it and both key fobs for the several hours Service requested, at great inconvenience to her (WE DON’T LIVE IN TWIN FALLS). At that time she was told that the fob doesn’t include a key(!) and that was a separate charge of $40 and would take more time! We were out of town, away from home for several weeks. Shortly after returning I came to Twin Falls to get the key which according to your parts dept. was made and ready to be picked up. I came by March 7th at 11am and there was NO KEY. Parts told me (after searching for 10 minutes) that they would make it. I had to come back and pick it up 2 hours later. I get home and finally tried the (backup) key fob your dealership made. IT DOESN’T WORK!! So service dropped the ball. Called the manager in fixed operations; he was argumentative and unsympathetic to our plight ($435 essentially for getting another key to our car plus the repeated visits only to get a fob that didn't work, hadn't been double checked!) Are these people so ignorant that word of mouth and online reviews rule the world of customer service now?

Scammers, don’t check the used vehicles they sell. Hardly capable of servicing cars in a timely matter let alone fixing covered issues under warranty. Willing to lie to your face and not care wether they’re doing wrong. Horrible place to shop for a “reliable” car

Worst place to buy a car ever. I thought I was getting a good deal with warranties that cover everything and car was delivered with everything ready to sign. Took my car in for a repair was told warranty coved it 100%. I was excited then had to wait two months for the part. Scheduled the service and took it to their dealership in another town again to he told I was lied to and it would cost 1500 to fix it that my warranty would not cover anything and there was nothing they could do about the guy they hired lying to me and that he had done it to a lot of other people too. There was nothing they could do to fix it. I took my car somewhere else for the same repair for less than half the price. Definitely will never do business with them again and don’t recommend anyone else to them either.

I did not buy a car from Lithia so I cannot comment on that. I serviced my Jeep Cherokee there and their service and service manager were terrible and ripped me off in repair cost. Pay for the gas and drive to Larry Miller Dodge/Jeep in Boise for your service work. You will be way ahead of the game.
