I had the worst experience at Concord Nissan with the

I had the worst experience at Concord Nissan with the service department their lack of communication is horrendous The service manager actually refused the work which was just the first 10,000 mi oil change couldn't even imagine what the life of the vehicle maintenance would be like with them my opinion avoid at all costs so it don't cost

This is my third car from Concord Nissan.

This is my third car from Concord Nissan. No matter what my credit or income I walk away with a great car. Rich Boyd is a total professional and gives me exactly what I’m asking for. He’s a straight shooter. Thanks again you guys for a great car!

What a great experience!

What a great experience! Rich, Jared and Adam were all very nice and helpful. The process was fast too. In and out in 2.5 hours. I highly recommend this dealership!!

The salesman Rich Boyd was amazing.

The salesman Rich Boyd was amazing. Can’t say enough about him and the owner Adam on the way they handled the selling of my Toyota Highlander or the purchase of the Nissan rogue outstanding glad they’re still dealerships with customer service the way this was thanks again guys appreciate it!

This is my third car purchased with them and I always use them for my service needs. Rich Boyd helped me out last time and really listened to what I was looking for. Helped me find the perfect car and went over all the options with me. Him and his team are great and I would highly recommend them!

Not my first visit to this dealer, and it won't be my

Not my first visit to this dealer, and it won't be my last. Clean, pleasant facility with great staff. I came in knowing what I wanted, just needed Nissan to make sure I'd get everything and take me through the process. Not a moment of regret. Rich was awesome on the salesman end of the deal and the rest of the staff supported everything to get me into my new vehicle in a timely manner.
