this was my first time at Concord Nissan and my experience with Rich Boyd was outstanding. I drove one Frontier and decided i wanted more creature comforts and was shown a different model. my wife and i loved it, but they did not have the color I wanted ... they found it, installed another feature i wanted and had it ready in a couple days. He made the process easy and made sure I understood everything about it, while being super patient with all the questions that I had. Richard even called to check in to see how things were going with my new car and even emailed me the info I had questions about the car. The sales and management were very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. They definitely made me feel comfortable with the leasing process.
