I would recommend
I have had my ups and downs, they are overall a great company but they do have some faults with their service department. They really need to work on the way they do things in that department. When I purchased my SUV I really appreciated my sales person, he was very understanding of my needs and the frustrations that I did not want to have happen again. The finance department needs some improvement as they did not have a regular person that worked with us, he was someone that floated from different locations. He did not have a full understanding of what was I had talked about with my sales person, like it was stated to the other financial person whom was supposed to be doing the deal was not there. Overall I like the company so far. They just need to work on the service department.

Very satisfying experience...
We just purchased a Chrysler 300S from Ewald. Our salesperson, Mr. Roy Visor, was outstanding through the entire process. We never felt pressured or hurried and all of our concerns were addressed in a thoughtful, courteous and constructive manner. We highly recommend Mr. Visor and Ewald.

The sales staff was excellent - and the negotiation process were very good. Unfortunately - the closing had a few glitches that really shoudn't have happened. The overall experience was good.

Service
Had my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up in for service. After five days of ME calling dealer for status updates and getting nothing. Picked up truck took to another dealer was repaired in one day. NO support from Service manager. Previous review in 2012 said they changed there service team. I would STRONGLY suggest changing them gain. Tech claimed he cleared all codes from computer and could not get coded. Jumped in truck after paying for nothing and service light was still on still. Spoke with service manager with no results

After using car quotes and getting a phone call from Ewald i went there and purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart. The whole experience only took 2 hours and i was very pleased with the personalized service and the pricing. I will definitely refer this dealership to friends

Purchased a new vehicle from Ewald Chrysler/Jeep. Sales person was nice to deal with and sales manager seemed to be a nice guy also. Price negotiation was a challenge, but final price was very acceptable. Would certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from them when the time comes.
