Helpful and relaxed!

My mom and I were both looking to purchase new-to-us cars, and we always go to Ewald! Our family's cars, new and used, have been from Ewald for the last 20+ years. The salespeople invest in their customers and make them feel comfortable doing business. Five stars!

1ST Time Chrysler 200 Owner

The staff at Ewald was very nice and friendly, making buying a car a good experience. It was a pleasure working with Dan Bicha-Dale our sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in us making our decision. I wasn?t exactly sure what I was looking for and Dan was always very polite and patient through the whole process. We never felt rushed or pressured. I love the Chrysler I bought and with Dan?s help, got the deal I wanted. Thanks Dan for all your effort.

New car manager is rude, and the process takes too long

There was a lot of back and fourth during the price negotiation. Spoke with the new car manager; Gerry Arnholdt, and he was very rude.

My First Car!

Jessica Patterson was my sales person who sold me my new Jeep. It was my first time buying a car and she did a great job going through every detail with me so I was fully prepared to buy a car. I felt comfortable throughout the process and did not feel pressured into buying the car. Jessica Patterson was a wonderful sales person and I would recommend her to other costumers.

Absolutely Amazing!

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Ewald in Franklin. In the afternoon on the day of the purchase I was put in contact with Pete from their finance department. We play a little phone tag but he was able to get the jist of what I needed done. I decided to stop by after work, because there were a few vehicles I was interested in. Because of my credit not being the greatest I didn't really know which way to go. When I arrived at Ewald I was greeted by a few of their guys and told them I was there to see Pete. From that point it was the smoothest experience ever. Pete helped me settle on the Patriot. Pete then linked me up with Matt who handled all of the paperwork for me and explained all of the features of the Patriot as well as the different colors I had to choose from. A little while later the paperwork was done and I was test driving my first ever Brand New Vehicle. During the test drive I received a call from Pete telling me I was approved and the rest of history. I walked out that evening with my new SUV. I would totally recommend Ewald to anyone looking for a vehicle. Go talk to Pete and Matt and you will never have a better experience.

Great Customer Service

I had done my research for months leading up to my purchase. Checked out a few other dealerships and ended up buying from Ewald. My experience from start to finish was pretty good. I set up an appointment to test drive a 2015 Cherokee, when I arrived I was set up with an outstanding salesperson. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he didn't try to up-sell me. Instead, he took the time to make sure I understood everything I was looking at. I felt comfortable in my decision and working with Ewald, and more specifically, my salesperson. Not only would I recommend Ewald Jeep, Dodge, Ram, I'd go back. If you're looking for an experienced salesperson that won't jerk you around, ask for Mat!

Excellent Service

Jessica Patterson did a great job helping me buy my new truck. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel as if what I wanted really mattered. Spending thousands of dollars is a big commitment and Jessica really took the time and had PATIENTS dealing with me! I could not ask for more!!

New jeep owner!

Dan Bicha-Dale was awesome to deal with! I needed a car within 24 hours and Dan listened to what I needed/wanted and worked with me in getting me a beautiful new Jeep within the price range I wanted. This is my first Jeep (Cherokee Latitude) and I love it!! All the other personnel there at Ewald were also pleasant to work with. Thank you Dan for your great service!
