The visit was very unexpected, considering my experience

The visit was very unexpected, considering my experience with other dealerships. I spoke with my sales associate over the phone, and when we arrived the vehicle was prepared and up front.john was very professional and knowledgeable, the test drive and process to purchase the vehicle was very good. I would definitely purchase another vehicle in the future.

The sales staff was great.

The sales staff was great. I started with Cesar on the phone and texting. We worked up the final deal. I was to pick up the car the next. Cesar was off that day, but he coordinated with Carlos which I was aware of. Carlos had the paperwork ready as much as he could. We examined the car then sent it off for cleaning. This is when the process bogged down. We were supposed to see a finance person in 10 minutes. Well that didn’t happen. We were told after 20 it would only be a few more. Eventually a finance person came around introduced himself and said he’d be with us in 5 minutes. After another 25 minute wait Carlos got Dave Carrion the finance manager involved. He promptly took us over to see Mr. Solomon who efficiently and courteously took care of the paperwork. When the car was brought up for us to leave, Mr. Carrion said that there were some fine scratches on the spoiler. He said they will address that by getting the parts, picking up the car, give us a loaner and remedy the issue. That remains to be scheduled. If it weren’t for the extensively ~ 1 hour wait on the finance department the experience at JG Ford could have been a 5.

Edgar in service department took care of all my needs and

Edgar in service department took care of all my needs and got me back on the road in the time he said the service took😁 Chettah also acknowledged me when I walked in which was a pleasant surprise since I try and not be a frequent customer!!! Sergey my salesman also helped with my oil change charges and was very delightful. You e got great employees working at this dealership. Thank you all.

I had a great experience buying my car at Jarret Gordon Ford Davenport dealership. The process was smooth and stress-free. Salesman Jhon Cardenas was amazing—friendly, professional, and really helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Highly recommend working with him!
