Jarret Gordon Ford in Davenport is just Awesome ... I know it is "JUST A DEALERSHIP" in many people's eyes, but for me it is much more. When you can have so many people on the same page with the same attitude it just feels right and you and the rest of the management team know exactly how to maintain that atmosphere. you know I have been there a few times and I KNOW I will be back when it is time to get another vehicle for me or my loved ones. Bammer is a freaking rock star by the way! I left there knowing I made a new friend and never felt like i was just "another customer". anyway, I will cut it here so again, THANK YOU and THE WHOLE TEAM AT JARRET GORDON FORD!!!!!!!!!!

NOT ALL HERO'S WEAR CAPES. SOMETURN WRENCHES!!

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Jared for his kind help and assistance while helping my daughter, Kaitlyn. As a parent who lives in North Carolina, I was facing a terrible dilemma. My 23 year old daughter had just moved to Florida in July for her new dream job at Disneyworld and now her car was broken down in a parking lot. AAA towed her car to your dealership last week, the night of 9/27/21. The dealership contacted her the next day to tell her that it would be at least 2 weeks before they would be able to do a diagnostic test. I had no idea what she was going to do. The dealership did not have any courtesy cars. My insurance only paid for rental cars when there was an accident. We could not afford to rent a car for 2 weeks. Kaitlyn had to have a way to get to work. On 9/28/21 I called the service department and talked with Jared. He explained how busy the department was and that normally they do have courtesy cars but, due to the car shortage they did not have any available. Living in another state made it extremely difficult for me to help my daughter. Jared was extremely attentive and listened to all of my concerns with a great deal of patience. He told me that he would try his best to work her car in earlier. I hung up the phone being very hopeful that Jared would help me. About 2 hours later he texted my daughter that he had ran the diagnostic test on her car and had found the problem. A short time later he texted my daughter that she could pick up her car the very next day. This was absolutely the best news that a parent could receive when their child is having car problems in another state. Thanks to Jared for listening to my concerns and the excellent service provided, my daughter got her car repaired and returned to her in one day. I would like to commend Jared and those who work in the service department. I was thrilled with the service that was provided. I feel more confident that when my daughter has car problems she can take her car to a dealership that we trust. I will not hesitate to recommend Jarrett-Gordon Ford for their FANTSTIC service and support!
