I purchased my first car with this dealership on a wim 18 years ago and have bought 4 vehicles from them in the past 20 years . A few years ago when my Jeep was paid off and the gas prices were rising I went to a Ford dealership and purchased a new car for commute only . IT WAS A 4 YEAR NIGHTMARE AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP IN SANRA ROSA . I recently decide to get rid of that vehicle as well as the nightmare that just keep acuring at the Ford dealership and yearned for that no nonsense family oriented customer care that I was accustomed too at Autoworld for 20 years . So I just purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep. Let's just say that it feels so good too be in great hands as well as my family being secure while travel with my Jeep Family again .
