The owner of this business is a complete sqeezeball. From the moment I bought the car There were issues. A week after purchase, the heating core went out. Since then I have owned the car for two years- problem after problem. Taking my car in for service is a joke. This last time took me three times in 6 months of dropping the car off- and they didn’t even look at it. This last week- they kept my car for 6 days- and my car is in the same condition. When I proceeded to talk to the owner- he screamed and cussed me out- telling me I am u grateful. He was yelling so loud my coworker next to me could hear him. I would NEVER purchase or recommend this service. I believe they should be put out of business. I am reporting them across the board.

I desperately needed a car and had poor credit. Dan treated me with respect and made it happen. My credit improved, so I returned and got a newer car. He works within your budget and finds the best financing he can. It's such a pleasant and hassle free experience. And if there is an issue that needs to be addressed, he will come through for you. I've never trusted car dealers until I found Auto World. No need to go anywhere else, even with excellent credit! Thanks Dan.

I’ve been to many car dealerships and none of them had the customer service that Auto World has. I’ve been denied at EVERY dealership and FINALLY auto world was able to allow me to drive away in my first car! Rob helped me find exactly what I was looking for and he answered every question I had, he even came early to make sure everything was ready to go! This company is like no other ,the guys are not your typical salesmen. The men treat you like a friend or good neighbor,and they won't try to sell you a car that you do not want nor can afford. I have already sent 2 other people tothem for a vehicle. Great people to work with.

These guys are great and so helpful! No hidden fees, plenty of money still in my pocket, and I got exactly what I wanted. They even took care of my insurance and registration. They answered all my questions and even helped with minor details like setting up my Bluetooth. I definitely will be coming back here for my next vehicle.
