Fine service work at Stapp

I arrived about 15minutes early for my service appointment. I was greeted promptly in the bay and then Lupita at the counter took over. She went over the 10,000 mile service and answered my questions confidently. My Tacoma was finished sooner than promised and Lupita went over the service paperwork with me. I was a bit concerned that I had to wait almost a month and a half to get the service done and fearful I would be over 10,000 miles but this was not the case and my mileage was fine. I realize that this is a problem throughout the country and not just at Stapp. Overall everything was handled courteously and professionally. David B Nelson

Great Customer Service

From beginning to end, I had a great sales experience with Stapp. Hands down the most efficient and well-run deal I have ever completed with a dealer. Normally I leave a dealer with a headache and a ton of hidden sales pushes: none of that here. I understood the fees, payment structure and what I was getting way ahead of signing. Thank you to Whitney for making this a smooth process!

Never again

I have been taking my Tacoma to Stapp for five years for service. Allwas did me right. But this last time I took it in for a recall on the third stop light and service and Stapp was going to charge me almost $200 to slid my toper back 10". Really that much money for 4 bolts.Well some times when you get greedy you loose more than you make. So if you look at the big picture, you lost the $200 you tried to charge me and me as a customer. I will not be back

Good people!

I've brought my Taco here a couple times and the service techs have always done a great job with my truck. The customer service reps are super helpful as well! Last time I was there we mistakenly ordered the wrong tires for my truck, but they helped me fix it by the next day.

Good, Solid Experience

Picked up my 4 runner TRD Pro today. Grant was my sales person and it was a good solid experience. Still crazy process with buying a new car in the supply chain shortage but the process went as Grant described. Communication as I was waiting for the trd to come in was great and I got the exact vehicle I ordered. This one of the few dealerships that doesn’t add a premium markup on the trd pro. You will have to do some haggling on your trade but they’re in the business to make money as are all companies so just be prepared and knowledgeable Their pricing on extended service agreements and maintenance plans is comparable to other dealerships if not a little better. I haven’t visited their service department yet but I would highly recommend them for a vehicle purchase They’re a business. They want to make money and just accept that as you go through the process
